Kelly Ripa just shared an unusual and pretty mind-blowing video on Instagram. The 49-year-old morning TV host tends to have family throwbacks and photos of hunky husband Mark Consuelos as her trademark on her social media – Wednesday saw the "Live! With Kelly and Ryan" star break the mold as she posted a video of American Ballet Theater dancer Isabella Boylston.

While the post didn't mention the novel coronavirus that has now affected all 50 U.S. states, it did mention a kitchen and alluded to the blonde likely staying home – her show has already made headlines for filming without an audience.

The video (seen below) showed Isabella in her own kitchen and using a counter as a barre – ballerina warm-ups don't come without one, with dancers away from the studio known to rely on anything resembling one for support.

Isabella was seen flaunting her perfectly-arched feet and muscular legs as she went from a bent-knee fondu to a front développé, then extending her muscular legs into side extensions and an arabesque. Tiny green shorts and a sports bra showed off the 33-year-old's steely-strong physique.

Kelly had taken to her caption to share more, plus her signature humor. The star herself is also a former ballet dancer.

"Since i have no obvious skills in my kitchen i thought y’all would like to see how an artist spends time in hers. Thank you @isabellaboylston #ballerina #pointe #dancer," she wrote.

Kelly and Isabella have been socializing this past year. Kelly's 2019 attempt to break a record for the most number of ballerinas en pointe at the same time was achieved, landing her a Guinness World Record, with Isabella joining in for the challenge.

Doom and gloom may be rising as COVID-19 continues to sweep the globe, but for many, a little cheer-me-up comes in useful as schools in Europe close, the U.S. limits flights, and everything from panic buying to staying home hits the public.

"Thank you. Love you Kelly xo," one fan replied.

"Beautiful❤️ Dance and music will get us through this!! Thank you for posting!" another said.

A reply quickly came in from Isabella herself:

"Omg Kelly thank you so much for reposting!!! ??? now I wanna see your kitchen ballet!!! ?????? sending love to you and your fam!" the ballerina wrote.

Kelly had already been mentioning coronavirus on her social media. The mom of three made headlines just under a week ago for saying that a "serious medical problem going around right now" wasn't the virus, but the star's "Botox deficiency."

"Acute Botox deficiency syndrome," Kelly said as Dr. Robert Anolik attended to the star's face.

As The Blast has previously reported, Kelly faced criticism for making light of the pandemic that has now claimed over 8,900 deaths worldwide. There are now over 216,000 global cases confirmed.
