In light of everything going on in the world, Miley Cyrus might just have the solution to bring the spirits of people up. Which is something the world really needs right now.
The singer wants to share some good during these "dark times" around the coronavirus or COVID-19. With all the news outlets doing nothing but talk about the virus it is hard to really see anything past that. So while we are all waiting for this to die down we get some light.

Miley Cyrus launched what she is calling "Bright Minded" on Instagram. It is a series of live chats that will take place Monday through Friday at 11:30-12:30 PST. What this will cover is how to stay LIT during the hard times right now.
Which is actually a brilliant plan when you think about it. It is a little ray of sunshine and nothing will be the scary pandemic fear inducing things we see on the news. This is something we all really need right now.

The first episode took place Monday on Instagram with a doctor called Dr.Amen. The pair talked about the pros and cons of social media. Which is a little ironic when it is on Instagram but they had some good points. They also talked about how to stay in touch with family and friends during this time. It all was really light hearted and spreading some joy.
There is no reason that you can't talk to your friends through text, video, or even a phone call.

Her next guest was Demi Lovato. The two talked about how they are staying busy at home to not let anything get them down. Cyrus revealed that she is really missing her father and mother who are in different states than her. We can imagine it is hard being away from family right now for sure.
Demi talked about how she is living at home with her parents. She took the precaution because a guest that checked into the apartment tested positive for COVID-19.

The pair talked about how they missed one another too. Demi gave a tour of her house with showing how she stalked up on items that were needed. The chat ended with this from Miley.
"Life is moving so fast that it's usually hard to slow ourselves down and appreciate people in our lives, and you've been that person for me for so many years and we've been friends for so long...I feel like you've always been such a light and that's why we connected at 14. We connected then because we just saw something in each other. Maybe it was because of spirituality or maybe it was just our hearts."
