The 29-year-old fitness model hasn’t been shy about giving her followers dating advice in the captions of her Instagram posts, and she didn’t hold back in her latest sultry bikini snap.

In her latest Instagram post, the social media sensation shared a photo of her standing in the ocean, giving fans a glimpse at her sunned buns in a pink thong bikini. She has one arm wrapped around her chest as she looks back at the camera through aviator sunglasses, her long dark hair trailing down her back.
“It’s better to be single with high standards, than in a relationship settling for less… agree?!” she asked in the caption. Many fans weren’t sure who she was referring to, but her 13.4 million Instagram followers definitely loved to see her latest bikini snap!
Many followers peppered her comments with “👏👏👏👏 agreed” while another fan called her “Too beautiful 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.” Another follower commented, “You’re the best, Jen!” while another fan added, “I most certainly agree. No need to settle for an addict or someone that’s going to bring you into their sick world. Know your worth and don’t settle.”
Jen Asks Her Followers To Caption A Video Of Her Dog Chewing On Her Hair!
On Tuesday, October 4, the New York native shared a video on Instagram set to the tune of Infraction Music’s “The Best Time.” In the four-second clip, her pet pooch, Gram, climbs up on her booty while she is doing the pigeon pose and starts to chew on her ponytail.
“Caption this 😂🌅🐶🐿🐇 .. @gramselter one funny hair nibblin dog,” she wrote in the caption. Although most of her fans dubbed the video “too cute” and showered it with red heart emojis, some fans did manage to come up with some pretty creative captions!
“Extra push for a deeper stretch,” one fan offered. “That cake un real 🎂,” another follower commented. “Red rocket red rocket!!!” a third fan chimed in. “Gram: ‘This is the softest pillow I’ve ever laid my paws on!’” another follower shared.

Jen Selter Is Taunting Her Followers With Another Healthy Recipe!
Not only is Jen a fitness enthusiast, but she’s also a massive foodie as well! In her latest Instagram recipe video, she shared a video recipe for her version of “Healthy Corn Salad,” set to the tune of Rema’s “Calm Down.”
“You need to try this delicious corn salad and thank me later!! I never was a big corn fan until I made this bad boy!!” she wrote in the caption. “I loaded up on all of my favorite ingredients ( whenever I order salads at restaurants they punk me with barely any ingredients SOOOO I love making my own at home ).”
In her corn salad, Jen included corn, roasted red peppers, onion, macadamia nuts, kalamata olives, feta cheese, chickpeas, heart of palm, tomatoes, avocado, green beans, and a cucumber. She didn’t say how much of each ingredient she threw in the salad, so fans will just have to watch and judge for themselves!
She also said that the dressing she made was made of garlic, lemon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt, but again, she didn’t mention how much of each ingredient she used!
Still, that didn’t stop fans from gushing over her latest video. Friend and model Avital Cohen commented, “It’s gonna be my fav salad 😋 love it,” adding, “Beautiful chef 👩🍳 😍.” Another fan agreed, writing, “Home salads are better, totally load up on the good stuff! 😂😂.” A third follower joked, “I can feed my whole family with that bowl 😂.”
