It's no secret Shania Twain knows a great song when she hears one!

The 57-year-old country/pop icon's breakthrough 1997 LP "Come On Over" contained 16 songs which were all co-written by Twain and her ex-husband Robert 'Mutt' Lange. Out of those 16 tracks, 12 of them reached the top of the charts! (via The Boot)

Now nearly 25 years after the release of her breakthrough album, Twain seems to be reflecting on the artists dominating the music charts today and recognizing those attributes that 'impress her much' about the current crop of musical icons.

Is The Feeling Mutual For Twain's Duet Partner?

Styles does indeed share a lot of love for his Coachella duet partner!

He made his admiration known on stage. According to our report, Styles recalled a story of listening to Twain's music while growing up and soaking up the sounds coming from his mother's radio.

"In the car with my mother as a child, this lady taught me how to sing," Styles told both Twain and the audience. He cheekily added, "She also taught me that men are trash."

He also told the "starstruck" singer, "I will be forever grateful. This is very special to me..."

The pair's Coachella duet clearly left Twain feeling awe-struck by the "As It Was" singer. Nearly half a year later her admiration certainly hasn't waned!

Twain recently spoke about Styles to Entertainment Tonight and gave some insight into how she currently feels about the possibility of stepping into the studio with him.

"We just have to ask," Twain explained to the outlet per People magazine, referring to the first step in getting the ball rolling. "I have never asked him so. I have to officially ask Harry," she said.

Now, what about a timeline? There isn't one quite yet.

When Twain was asked about a potential point in time where fans could expect to hear a duet, she said, "Well, not on this [latest] album, but in the future, I would say 'yes.' I'm going to hold Harry to that."
