The former first lady shared three pictures memorializing three decades of marriage; two of the snaps featured the couple beaming at the camera. In the first slide, they were on a beach barefoot with shades on while the vast blue sea was in the backdrop. The photo also showed Barack’s hand around his spouse’s shoulder.
Michelle donned a white vest, neutral-colored pants, and a matching ankle-length jacket, whereas her husband opted for similar pants with a long-sleeved button-down, dark shirt. His trousers were rolled up, and he held a pair of white sneakers in hand, just like his wife. They also had headwear on, with Barack wearing a baseball cap while his partner sported a scarf.
The second snap was a sand drawing of a heart with “Barack + Michelle” written in the middle and numerous footprints etched into the beach. At the same time, the concluding slide was a throwback black and white shot of the married duo looking so adorable in their wedding attire on their wedding day.
“Happy anniversary to the man I love!” Michelle wrote in the caption. “These last 30 years have been an adventure, and I’m grateful to have you by my side.” She concluded, “Here’s to a lifetime together. I love you, @BarackObama!” accompanied with a red heart emoji and kisses.

Numerous fans reacted in no time with adoring messages, including her husband, who remarked with a simple red heart emoji. Around the same time, he honored the milestone with three similar photos to his wife’s, including their time at the beach, the heart drawing on the shore, and their wedding photo.
The 44th USA president began in the post’s caption, “Miche, After 30 years, I’m not sure why you look exactly the same, and I don’t.” The caption continued and read:
“I do know that I won the lottery that day – that I couldn’t have asked for a better life partner. Happy anniversary sweetheart!”
Over three million fans of the couple liked the post, and thousands commented, including Michelle, who conveyed her love using cute emojis.
The heartwarming celebration comes weeks after they marked a historical moment with the unveiling of their official White House portraits at the presidential residence. The Blast reported on the ceremony held by President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, who welcomed Barack and Michelle warmly as they were presented their official portraits.
The event was held at the residence’s East Room, where the White House Historical Association honored the pair with the two paintings done by artists Robert McCurdy and Sharon Sprung. In the 61-year-old’s illustration, he was captured looking dapper in a black suit, gray shirt, and a matching tie. He flattered the formal ensemble with an American flag pin.

As for the poverty awareness advocate, her portrait featured her donning a blue off-the-shoulder dress and seated on a couch in the Red Room. Barack could not help but commend the artists for the remarkable representations, which he believed were the perfect unaltered imitation of their authentic life selves.
The Former First Lady Of The USA Speaks On Daughters Evolving Into Adulthood
Back in April, The Blast noted that Michelle shared a few interesting details about her baby girls, Malia and Sasha Obama, on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” She spoke about the girls maturing into adulthood and leaving the family home, making her feel “extra lonely” as she had a “full house” when they were still around, particularly during the COVID period.
The 58-year-old admitted that it was “extra special” and “fun” to have them around even as adults now, and she called them “amazing young women.” While recalling their first time on DeGeneres’ show when they saw The Jonas Brothers, Michelle disclosed that they had “boyfriends and real lives,” implying that they were not those little girls anymore.
She also touched on the subject of their relocation from the White House, maintaining that the girls were independent and trained to adjust to the world outside the presidential residence.
