Actress Mila Kunis has confirmed her husband Ashton Kutcher's story that he first told her "I love you" after getting drunk on tequila. The actress said she remembered the night and shared that she knew she loved Kutcher when he confessed his love. Kutcher first shared the story of his confession during an episode of his new Peloton running series. 

The actor told guest Kenny Chesney that he played "You and Tequila" while confessing to Kunis, which pleased the singer. The song was a collaboration by Grace Potter and Chesney. Kutcher and Kunis have been together officially since 2012 but have known each other since 1998 when they both starred on "That '70s Show."

They got married in a private ceremony in 2015 and now have two kids: Wyatt and Dimitri. Kutcher and Kunis are notoriously private about their marriage, so Lutcher's reveal was a welcome surprise to fans.

At the recent premiere of Kunis's new Netflix film "Luckiest Girl Alive," Kunis spoke to Entertainment Tonight. The actress confirmed Kutcher's story that he first said he loved her after having a "little too much tequila." She said, "It really happened. Oh, I remember that night."

She shared more details about the fateful night, saying, "I didn't have tequila. I was sober and I was like, 'Oh my god.' It happened, guys." The "Friends with Benefits" star also shared that she knew she loved Kutcher back when he confessed his feelings to her.

Kutcher once shared the story of his love confession during an episode of his Peloton running series, "Our Future Selves." The series covers Kutcher's training for the 2022 TCS New York Marathon and features several guests. The actor featured country musician Kenny Chesney and revealed that he'd played one of Chesney's songs during the confession.

Kutcher said, in a clip on Peloton's TikTok account, "The first time I told my wife that I love her, was while listening to 'You and Tequila.'"

He also said, "I might have had a little too much tequila. I showed up drunk at her house, at like two in the morning, and I just started screaming, 'You and tequila make me crazy.' And I told her I love her, and she's like, 'Don't say it if you don't mean it. Are you gonna love me in the morning when you wake up from this hangover?' "

Kutcher confirmed to Chesney that he'd woken up the next morning and told Kunis again that he still loved her, following his earlier drunk confession to the actress while listening to the country crooners song.

In response, Chesney said he had no idea that he was a part of such an integral moment for the couple. He said, "Well, I had no idea that me and Grace Potter were such a part of a really intimate detail for you and your wife."

Kutcher responded, "You and Grace Potter brought it home. These are fundamental moments in my life." The song he played while confessing to Kunis was "You and Tequila," which is a musical collaboration between Chesney and Potter.
