Amber Heard Spotted With A New Flame In Spain After Johnny Depp Trial

Actress Amber Heard was spotted in Spain only months after the highly publicized defamation trial against her ex-husband, Johnny Depp, took place in Fairfax, Virginia.
In December 2018, the "Aquaman" actress, 36, had written an op-ed in the Washington Post claiming that she was the victim of domestic violence. Although she didn't mention the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor by name, Depp, 59, claimed that he lost movie roles due to the “clear implication” that he was her abuser.
On June 1, a seven-person jury found in Depp's favor for $15 million dollars - $10 million dollars in compensatory damages and $5 million dollars in punitive damages. That $5 million dollar sum was later reduced to $350,000 dollars, the maximum allowed under Virginia state law.
However, the jury also ruled that one of Depp's attorneys had committed defamation when he called Heard's abuse claims "a hoax." They found in Heard's favor for only $2 million dollars, leaving the "Zombieland" actress on the hook for millions of dollars.
According to TMZ, Heard had to sell her Yucca Valley home in Southern California to help scrape together money for her legal fees earlier this summer. It looks like she might be hopping out of the U.S. entirely, as she was recently spotted in Spain with a new companion.
Amber Heard Seems To Have Gotten Back Together With Bianca Butti
On Friday, “The Adderall Diaries” actress was spotted in Palma de Mallorca with her 1-year-old daughter, Oonagh Paige, who she welcomed via surrogate in July 2021. She was also spotted with Bianca Butti, who Page Six referred to as “her girlfriend.”
Heard had previously gone public with her romance with the cinematographer in January 2020 after they were photographed exchanging some intense PDA in Palm Springs, California. However, The Mirror reported that the two split in December 2021 after spending “months apart” while Heard was filming the “Aquaman” sequel in the U.K.

It’s possible that the two have now gotten back together, as Heard was photographed smiling and looking happy as she stepped out with a group of friends. She was also photographed spending time with her daughter at the park and pushing her on the swings.
It's unclear how long Heard will be spending time in Spain. After the trial, she spent most of her summer in the Hamptons before she traveled to Israel and was spotted on vacation with her daughter and close friend, Eve Barlow.
Johnny Depp Is Reportedly Dating His Former U.K. Lawyer
Insider sources are reporting that the "Edwards Scissorhands" actor is now dating his former lawyer, Joelle Rich, who represented Depp in his lawsuit against The Sun. Depp had sued the British tabloid after they labeled him a "wife beater." Despite losing the lawsuit, it seems that he is still on good terms with his former attorney.
One insider told Us Magazine that "their chemistry is off the charts," adding, "It's serious between them. They are the real deal."
Although Rich did not represent him in his defamation trial against his ex-wife, the two have stayed close friends throughout the years and she did show up in the courtroom in Fairfax, Virginia, to show her support for the actor. “There was no professional obligation for her being there," the source added. "It was personal."
Many fans actually believed that the "City of Lies" actor was actually dating his lawyer, Camille Vasquez, after the defamation trial ended in June. However, the accomplished lawyer slammed the rumors as "sexist."
Shortly after the trial, she told PEOPLE magazine that the rumors were "unfortunate" and "disappointing," while admitting, "at the same time, it kind of comes with the territory. I can't say I was all that surprised."
In a separate interview, she told PEOPLE that Johnny Depp is at "peace now" after getting the opportunity to tell his side of the story. “There is a peace now that he wears that he just didn’t have before, and I think it came even before the verdict if I’m being 100 percent honest with you," she said.
“It was just him being able to tell his story,” she continued. “This was the one way he could finally tell his story and then talk about what actually happened in this relationship. I think that once he was able to do that and expose everything, the good, the bad, the ugly, he felt a sense of relief, and he deserves that.”
