Olivia Munn just can’t get enough of her son and his father spending time together.
The former "Daily Show" correspondent welcomed her son, Malcolm, with her partner, John Mulaney, in November 2021. Since then, the actress has amazingly enjoyed every bit of motherhood and also documented it.
Time and time again, the beautiful mom has posted adorable moments between her cute son and his handsome daddy, and in this recent post, the mother proudly showed off her boys.
Olivia Munn Shares Adorable Moment Between Her Son And His Father On Instagram
The 42-year-old mom posted on her Instagram stories an adorable photo of Mulaney and Malcolm spending time together. In the photo, little Malcolm playfully sat on his father’s neck and looked sideways, wearing a long-sleeved white shirt with grey pants.
The stand-up comedian, dressed in a brown sweatshirt and olive green pants, placed one of his hands on Malcolm’s back to prevent the baby from falling. He had a wide smile on his face while staring directly into the camera.
The photo was taken by Munn in their home and gave fans a glimpse of her home. Alongside the upload of the image, Munn attached Latto's "Big Energy," as though announcing that she was loving her boyfriend's energy as a father!
Munn Celebrated Her Son’s Six Months Birthday
Earlier this year, The Blast reported that Munn and Mulaney's son reached an important milestone when he turned six months! The "X- men: Apocalypse" actress celebrated the achievement with a heartwarming post, expressing her excitement about how much her son has grown.
In an Instagram post, she shared a charming picture of her and baby Malcolm lying on a blanket outdoors and smiled happily for the camera. Alongside the post was a beautiful caption where she expressed her love for the little one.
"6 months ago today, Malcolm made me his mama. It’s so much fun getting to know him," she wrote. "He loves meeting people. He loves his best friend Penny and thinks she’s hysterical."
She then appreciated a few people for the things Malcolm had started to do, crediting Molly McNearney and Jimmy Kimmel for making Malcolm try peanut butter.
Further in her caption, the Hollywood star listed a few of the things her little boy loves. She began with his love for being read to and proceeded to his love for shower time and nature. Also, the mom mentioned how excited Malcolm became whenever his father came back home.
She then concluded the adorable message, writing, "I love you so much, Malcolm Hiệp. Happy 6 months being earthside with us. You lit up our whole world."
Fans gushed at the sweet post and filled the comments section with lots of love telling how cute the twosome looked.
The "Magic Mike" Actress Shares Her Postpartum Struggles
As much as the actress loves her son and her motherhood journey, she has also faced difficulties that she has been open about.
In May, Munn opened up about having challenges when it comes to breastfeeding. The mother expressed that she would have loved to breastfeed her baby, but she was left with no choice but to stick with baby formulas.
This revelation was triggered by the scarcity of baby formula, which made mothers switch back to breastfeeding. The "Predator" actress took to Twitter to lash out at people who told the new mothers to "try breastfeeding" while highlighting her own issues.
"It’s so crazy when people say, 'if you breastfeed, you won’t have to worry about the formula shortage!' I have low milk supply, so to keep my baby fed, I depend on formula."
She also expressed her dismay at the scarcity and wished she could actually not be bothered by the scarcity. The new mom has never been one to shy away from the ups and downs of motherhood.
A month after her rant about formula shortage, Munn got candid about her postpartum struggles. She posted a video of her delicately holding her little boy, and in the caption, wrote, "My body hasn’t snapped back, but it made this little guy, so I only have love for it. The postpartum road is rough, but it’s so worth it."
