Actress Mila Kunis recently opened up about her husband Ashton Kutcher's vasculitis health scare and shared how their family got through the intense moment. She said they didn't have the time to sit down and talk because they had kids, careers, and lives to live. Kutcher's health scare made headlines after he spoke about it during an interview. 

Kutcher revealed that the Vasculitis affected his senses and control over his body, and it took him more than a year to fully recover his mobility. Shortly after the interview, the actor took to his Twitter to confirm to fans that he'd fully recovered and moved on with his life.

Kutcher and Kunis are set to appear onscreen in "That 90s Show," the Netflix spin-off of their famous series, "That 70s Show." The actress cracked a few jokes about their new show and said that fans of the original would be very happy.

During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight for her new movie, "Luckiest Girl Alive," Kunis finally spoke about Kutcher's Vasculitis battle. She said they first got his diagnosis three years ago, right before COVID-19 hit, and shared how their family powered through the health scare.

The couple trended on social media shortly after Kutcher opened up about his diagnosis during an interview. Kunis said, "So, this happened right before COVID, so this was three years ago. I don't think you have time to sit down and talk, you kinda just power through."

During the interview, Kunis also said, "You go and deal with whatever health issue comes your way, but you still got kids, you still got a family, you have to live life. And I think that we are so fortunate to have one another, but as far as sitting there and incessantly talking about things, no. You gotta do."

Ashton Kutcher Opened Up About His Diagnosis

Kutcher first spoke about his diagnosis and recovery during an appearance on an episode of "Running Wild With Bear Grylls: The Challenge." He said, "I had this weird, super-rare form of vasculitis, that, like, knocked out my vision, it knocked out my hearing, it knocked out, like, all my equilibrium."

The "No Strings Attached" actor explained that it took him more than a year to regain control over his senses and body. He said, "You don't really appreciate it, until it's gone. Until you go, 'I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to see again, I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to hear again, I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to walk again.'"

He's Fully Recovered

Shortly after the "Bear Grylls" episode aired and he began trending, Kutcher posted a brief statement on his Twitter. The statement read, "Yes, I had a rare vasculitis episode 3yrs ago. (Autoimmune flair up) I had some impairments hear, vision, balance issues right after. I fully recovered. All good. Moving on. See you at the 2022 NY Marathon."

During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kutcher spoke about his preparation for the popular New York City marathon scheduled for November. He said, "The biggest change physically has been the transfer of muscle mass from the upper body to lower body. I've lost about 12 pounds."

The "That 70s Show" star also said, "My baseline 'why' comes down to leaving life better than what it was given to me. My daily motivator is my kids and family."

Kutcher and Kunis are scheduled to appear onscreen together for the first time in years in the upcoming "That 90s Show." The series is the highly anticipated Netflix spin-off of their famous "That 70s Show." During her interview, Kunis promised fans of the original show that they'd be "very happy" with the spin-off. 

She said, "It is very good. It's great in fact, and I think that anyone that's ever watched '70s, that was a fan, I think will be very, very, very, very, happy with the inciting incident of the whole series."

The "Bad Moms" star also joked that the actor playing her child in the show is "way too old." She said, "First and foremost, my child, without giving too much away, in the show, is way too old to be my child. So, I was like, 'What? What are we, like, teen parents?' So first of all, my kid is way too old. I want everyone to know, not possible."
