Gwyneth Paltrow Strips Down To Nothing To Celebrate Her 50th Birthday!
In an Instagram snap shared with her followers on Tuesday morning, the “Shakespeare In Love” actress posted for a photo completely covered in gold paint. She is leaning against a white block, using one arm to cover her chest as she holds her hair in one hand in her other hand.
She has her toned abs pushed up against the white block as she poses with one leg bent at an angle around the block to prevent the photo from becoming too NSFW. Her hair is pushed back out of her face as she looks down for the shot, eyes closed.
In the caption of the shot, the married mom-of-two simply wrote, “⭐️50⭐️” in the caption of the post.

Gwyneth Reflects On Her Milestone Birthday and The Legacy She Wants To Leave Behind
The weekend before she turned 50, "The Talented Mr. Ripley" actress published a few reflections of her milestone 50th birthday on her Goop website, titled, “On Approaching 50.” In the article, she reflected on her own parents' birthdays and talked at length about her own goals and plans for the future, as well as the legacy that she wanted to leave behind for her own children.
“I would like to slow down. I would like to retreat a little bit. I would like to make my circle smaller,” she wrote. “I would like to cook dinner more. I would like to see misunderstandings become understandings. I would like to continue to open the deepest part of myself to my husband, even though it scares me. I would like to sing more, even if it’s just in the shower. I would like to tell anyone that had a negative experience with me that I am sorry. I would like to fully acknowledge myself.”
She also talked about the many changes that she had seen in the world over the past five decades, adding, “We seem to be, in pockets anyway, embracing that what is unknown to us might not be threatening. That every human being has their own spectrums and colors and different proportions of light and dark. I want to hold myself in that understanding as I move through this (hopefully) next 50 years. Hold myself to a higher standard of compassion.”
The Goop founder also openly wondered how her two children, Apple Martin, 18, and Moses Martin, 16, will remember her “big” birthday and wanted them to know “that they are the greatest accomplishment of my life” and “that I really won’t know what it was like to turn 50 until much later, when I can reflect back from a higher perch, perhaps at one of their 50ths, hearts full and broken simultaneously (as that is life).”
