Coco Austin Tells Critics 'Take Some Pointers Rather Than Rag On Me'

Nicole Natalie Marrow, widely known as Coco Austin, is not letting haters off the hook as she proudly lets the world know she is an "unconventional" mother.

Coco is a mom to her only child Chanel Nicole Marrow, born in November 2015 and whom she shares with her husband of about a decade, Tracy "Ice-T" Marrow.

The television personality no doubt always does what works best for her regarding parenting which may not always be approved as she recently gained criticism for bathing her daughter in a kitchen sink.

Taking to Twitter to clap back at critics, Coco penned an admonishing remark, quoting Page Six's news update about haters' reactions to a video of her bathing Chanel in a sink. She wrote, "Wow, just Wow! Here we go again! Giving my lil girl a bath in the sink went Viral? SMH! People, you gotta know by now that I'm an unconventional mother."

The actress then pointed out, "I do what works and is easier on me" before slamming critics, saying, "Some may want to take some pointers rather than rag on me." Many of her fans were in her corner; some shared their harm-free experiences as kids bathing in sinks, while others noted there was nothing wrong with it if only people minded their own business.

As for Page Six's report, it was revealed that Coco shared a video of her daughter's bath time on her Instagram, which she captioned, "The sink is easiest when you have to be fast." The clip showed Chanel, 6, using her iPad in the temporary tub, then continued to a view of the 43-year-old curling her hair as they prepared for a Patricia Fields fashion show.

It further revealed that the event was Chanel's "first as a prospector" before displaying the little one choosing her own outfit and beaming in their car. Despite the video showing other parts of how the duo got ready for their outing, Coco's followers could not disregard Chanel bathing in a sink as they took to the comments to express their criticism.

A fan believed the youngster was being treated like an infant, while another stated that the bath was "awkward" to watch given that the girl was too old for it. On the other hand, several others were taken with the former beauty pageant titleholder's fantastic idea and could not help but gush over her "deep" and possibly costly sink.

One fan wrote that the kitchen sink saves one from backaches, whereas another supporter noted that the reality star conserved water in the process and did not have to bend to bathe her child. 

It is no news that Coco and her husband, Ice-T, are known for their debatable parenting choices, from continuing to breastfeed their child to pushing her in a stroller, of which the latter gained popularity back in May. In response to the criticisms at the time, the "Southwest Babes" actress exclaimed via Twitter that the world loved condemning whatever she did. 

She added, "Oh lord!! Really people? Isn't there a war & mass shootings going as we speak & you'd rather mess with my mothering? SMH."[sic] Her partner also supported her reaction as he urged her to disregard the haters after pointing out that they "ain't got s**t else to talk about."

As a fashion enthusiast who turns heads in the industry, Coco is setting an example for her baby girl, who was recently introduced into the fashion realm during the New York Fashion Week. The Blast reported that the "Desert Rose" actress acknowledged the milestone by sharing a series of pictures on Instagram, showing them at Patricia Field's fashion show.

The snaps gave views of Chanel sporting a black shirt tucked into a plaid skirt and complimenting her look with a black hair band on her long brown hair. In contrast, Coco opted for a hotter look as she looked breathtaking in a long body-hugging dress, flaunting her well-endowed features.

The post's caption then indicated that that was the youngster's first fashion show which the duo attended with "close friends" but without Ice-T as he was unfortunately busy at the time.
