The past Friday, during his performance in Memphis, Post took a break and addressed the rumors following the viral video, which CNN claims showed the rapper 'struggling to pick up a microphone, slurring his words, rolling his eyes and falling'. "I’m not on drugs," Post Malone shared with those in attendance at the concert.

"I feel the best I’ve ever f—— felt in my life. And that’s why I can bust my ass for these shows and f—— fall on the floor and do all that fun s—," he said. "But for anybody that’s concerned here, I appreciate the love and the support, but I feel f—— fantastic and I’m not doing drugs."

People who actively follow Post Malone and have attended his shows, came to his defense and explained that the 'viral' video is simply showing something that he routinely does during his performances and it's nothing to worry about.

Still, people on social media are continuing to raise concern for his 'insane' behavior that seemed to show a highly intoxicated Post Malone. "Its clear here that he is intoxicated and I've seen a lot of people saying that he needs to get help, sadly, I agree☹ We don't want him to be the next one to go..." one user on Twitter wrote.

One social media user coming to his defense explained that it's common for the rapper to do his 'eye roll' during performances and that he simply looks exhausted, not intoxicated or on any substances.

"love waking up at 2 am to f---ing pop off once again, can’t y’all see he’s exhausted? He tripped once on stage now y’all think he’s a drug addict? & the eye rolling shit during rockstar he does everytime- unfollow me if you think this man is addicted to drugs bye." they shared on Twitter.

Regardless of what people on social media believe, Post's team is standing by his claims that everything is good with the rapper. His tour photographer, Adam DeGross, even took to social media to dispel any rumors that Post is in any type of danger. "No one does drugs, no one is going nuts, everything is all good," DeGross said.

"The stage is made of grates, so you can see the light shine up, he caught his foot, and played it off. Then he always makes those faces during ‘Rockstar’ [he] has done it for the last 100 shows."
