There are very few celebrities who have managed to make their relationships last, especially if their better half is also a celebrity. Ally McBeal was the funniest thing on TV in its heydays, and Robert Downey Jr.'s addition to it in the later stages only made it cooler, even if he was on a downward spiral to nowhere. The star of the show was Calista Flockhart, and she was also dating the show's creator David E. Kelley at the time. The relationship fizzled out, and Flockhart began dating Sam Mendes, of the American Beauty fame. Sometime in between, she was also involved with Robert Downey Jr., but none of her relationships went anywhere.

Harrison Ford has been married and divorced twice before Flockhart came his way. His first marriage was to Mary Marquardt, with whom he had two sons before he got involved with another woman, thus ending up a divorcee. The second woman was Melissa Mathison, whom he later married, had two children with, and then also divorced. He was also linked with many other women while he was married, including Carrie Fischer. After his second divorce, he was also involved with Minnie Driver for a while.

Calista Flockhart and Harrison Ford crossed paths at the Golden Globe awards in 2002, and perhaps it was love at first sight. The duo was smitten with each other and immediately began a relationship, though with Ford still undergoing his second divorce, things were kept pretty low-key for a while. Once the paperwork was through, Ford and Flockhart got married in 2010, but their relationship has been on for nearly 20 years. And it shows no signs of discontent.

When they made the relationship public, what surprised everyone was the 22-year age gap between the duo. But to the lovebirds, age is merely a number. What they love about each other is the fact they support each other a lot and have a marriage full of humor. Plus, the support, as mentioned, is unconditional. Despite a serious plane crash that Ford was involved in, and some equally serious recuperation, Flockhart still flies with him when he pilots, as a show of her "undying" love. That is some dedication!
