Will The Weeknd Be Popping The Question To Bella Hadid?

The Weeknd did finally announce his long awaited tour dates, and has dropped some fire music in the last month. His songs “Heartless” and “After Hours” have invaded the airways and people are living for it. Although he is the King Of The Fall, what could be so wrong about him dropping a few bops during this upcoming summer. We all are dying for good music since the less than mediocre return of Justin Bieber, with his monolithic music choices concerning the album “Changes”.

Sometimes we as the public are blessed with an artist that never lets us down in terms of giving us hits to get blackout drunk to. There is not one song “The Weeknd” has released that is less than perfection. By rising from the undergrounds of Canada and becoming a household name due to his success with the anthem “Can't Feel My Face”, Abel has nothing to worry about in terms of falling off the map when discussing relevance. The chances of him turning out like artists Katy Perry, or Bieber himself are slim to none.

By Abel understanding his cult-like fan base to the T, he is able to navigate his artistry in beneficial ways. But, because of his private persona all fans really have is the music. He has created this isolated reputation where it feels as if nobody can touch him, or get close to him emotionally. The only person who has managed to break that fourth wall is model, Bella Hadid. Their love story is a complicated one that involves alleged cheating, and complete betrayal.

If you’ve been an XO stan for a while you remember when those first pictures of Bella Hadid who was a fresh faced doll just making her way into the modeling industry, and Abel with his bad boy air and elusive hair were released. They then went on to attend major events together and expressed their affections through social media, and Abel’s own music videos. When they publically broke up around the Starboy era, Abel then was spotted out with none other than Selena Gomez.
Although fans found Selena and his relationship to be cute, everyone understood that Bella was Abel’s true inspiration. Iconically Abel went on to randomly drop his EP called “My Dear Melancholy” which went back to the core of his dark roots. The sexy, sad, and depression inducing music was all fans wanted for a long time. Tracks that illustrated what Abel was going through like “Try Me” and “ Wasted Times” showed how significant Bella Hadid was in his life, and ultimately that he wanted her back. Now, with the release of these new telling singles people believe Abel is ready to put a ring out.The question really is if Bella will say yes.
