“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore’s husband Marc Daly’s restaurant has been hit with several health code violations.

According to Bossip, the New York City Health Department recently completed a routine inspection of Daly’s restaurant SoCo and things didn’t go well.

Daly’s southern fusion restaurant was hit with multiple violations including being cited for not being adequately vermin-proof and evidence of mice in the kitchen. The official “sanitary violations” included “Wiping cloths soiled or not stored in sanitizing solution” and “Evidence of mice or live mice present in facility's food and/or non-food areas.”

The officials found, “Cold food item held above 41º F (smoked fish and reduced oxygen packaged foods above 38 ºF) except during necessary preparation.”

Further, the investigation found “Live roaches present in facility's food and/or non-food areas” And “Food not protected from potential source of contamination during storage, preparation, transportation, display or service.”

The New York City Health Department ended up giving SoCo an “A” grade rating despite 28 violations being found during the inspection. Neither Moore nor Daly has spoken on the matter.

Amid the health code drama, Moore and Daly are dealing with their own marriage issues. Moore and Daly got hitched back in 2017 but have been estranged on-again-off-again. Neither have officially filed for divorce but their troubles have been a major storyline on this season of “RHOA.”

Following the original split, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star spoke out, “I didn’t get married to quit. I love my husband. I don’t doubt that he loves me. Let me be clear, I took my vows seriously. I believe in for better and for worse and I believe in trying it all before you walk away, especially when we do have a child and we are a family.”

Daly works outside of Georgia for work, which has played a role in their material issues.
