Adam Levine can’t seem to catch a break as the list of women speaking against him for salaciousness has grown by one.
A lot has been going on since a TikToker, Sumner Stroh, accused the Maroon 5 frontman of allegedly cheating on his pregnant wife, Behati Prinsloo, with her with talks of even naming his unborn child after the accuser. Since then, many women have stepped forward to lay more infidelity accusations against Levine, and the latest to join the crowd is his former yoga instructor, Alanna Zabel.
Alanna Zabel Says She Was Treated Like Trash By Adam Levine
Just days after Zabel — the fourth of five women to accuse the singer of sending flirtatious messages — claimed that Levine once sent her a text that read, “I want to spend the day with you naked,” the yogi has spoken some more. In an exclusive interview with Daily Mail on Thursday, she said:
“This isn’t about a love affair or a salacious text; it’s about being a decent human being.”
The 49-year-old, who was Levine’s yogi from 2007 to 2010, added that how the 43-year-old treated her after she confronted him was less acceptable. In her words, “Friends don’t treat each other like used trash, and that’s how he treated me.”
She added that even though the suggestive text she received from him might have been for his then-girlfriend, it still caused problems with her then-boyfriend when he saw it resulting in a physical confrontation.
It significantly did not help that the “Payphone” artist bragged to his friends about her having “the best a** in town,” which he found “cute.” She claimed that Levine knew what she was experiencing with her ex-boyfriend, who became abusive, and instead of replying to the text she sent to him, the singer “simply cut me off.”
After acknowledging that she and Levine only worked together and later became close friends during those years, Zabel said the decision to speak out about the singer came after she saw several other women step forward. The AZ I AM Yoga founder recalled:
“When I found out that Adam had asked this influencer if he could name his baby after her, I saw him in a completely different light and decided it was finally time to share this.”
Zabel added that she would have come forward long ago if it were fifteen minutes of fame she wanted. Living with the pain as long as she had taken “a lot of valuable energy to hold onto, and to heal, we need to let them go.”
The “As I Am: Where Spirituality Meets Reality” author’s pain stemmed from Levine unceremoniously pulling the plug on her joining Maroon 5 on tour as their yoga instructor for three months.
The action was hard to believe for Zabel, who thought they “cared about each other.” Things would have been different for the yoga instructor if Levine had avoided being a jerk. The AZ I AM Girlz doll collection creator explained:
“Don’t treat women like they are disposable or that their value is solely based on their looks, and for God’s sake, please be a role model for your young girls. Children learn by what they see far more than what they’re told.”

Days after women began leveling infidelity claims against Levine; his wife has shown where her loyalty lies. Per The Blast, the “Moves Like Jagger” singer and Prinsloo were seen in what appeared to be a casual family outing.
While Levine donned an oversized t-shirt, a pair of jeans, and a baseball cap, his wife had on a pink top, gray sweatpants, and sunglasses. The model’s blonde tresses swept about her face in a disheveled style. The couple stood side by side as they strolled in a move that onlookers have deemed a display of unity amid the current scandal plaguing their eight-year marriage.
Despite their relationship getting thrown into the public eye, Prinsloo has not made any public comments regarding her husband’s fidelity. However, sources close to the model claimed that she was upset when news of Levine’s other life broke.
