Pete Davidson Is Reportedly Launching Fashion Line After Breakup With Kim Kardashian

Comedian and actor Pete Davidson is taking a page out of Kanye West’s book and starting his own fashion line. New reports claim that the comedian was inspired by his time dating reality star Kim Kardashian and wants to try something new. The couple dated for nine months and broke up in August due to differences in their age and schedules.

West, who’s in the middle of divorce proceedings with Kardashian, made his dislike for Davidson and the relationship very clear on social media. After the former couple split, the rapper posted a now-deleted post of an altered newspaper with a headline announcing Davidson’s death.

The insider also revealed that Davidson knows West will be upset about his clothing line. The comedian recently shaded West by wearing an outfit similar to the rapper’s Met Gala outfit to the 2022 Emmys. He previously revealed that West’s constant online attacks had forced him to seek therapy.

Sources close to Davidson recently revealed to Radar that the comedian is planning the launch of his first fashion line. The former Saturday Night Live star was reportedly “changed by Kim” and extremely motivated by his time with her, watching her manage her multiple businesses.

The source said, “He got to see up close and personal how many opportunities exist for famous people. Kim showed Pete there is far more money to be made from selling clothes, fragrances, and products than there is from being on TV and films.”

Davidson and Kardashian dated for nine months and broke up in August, saying that the difference in their demanding work schedules was straining the relationship. A source reported the split to Page Six and stated that the former couple had decided “to just be friends.”

The source said, “They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.” They also revealed that the 13-year age difference between Davidson and Kardashian factored into the break-up.

The insider said, “Pete is 28 and Kim is 41 — they are just in very different places at the moment. He’s totally spontaneous and impulsive and wants her to fly to New York, or wherever he is on a moment’s notice. But Kim has four kids and it isn’t that easy. She needs to focus on the kids.”

From the moment Davidson and Kardashian went public with their relationship, West made his disgust for the comedian and their relationship very clear. At one point, the “Praise God” rapper leaked the couple’s conversations, mentioned Davidson in several songs, and portrayed him being buried alive in a music video.
