The 'Jersey Shore' crew will never fist-pump inside their Seaside Heights hotspot 'Karma' ever again, and it's not because they are all older and some have children now...the bar itself is going up for auction after the club filed for bankruptcy.

According to local reports, Karma will hit the auction block on March 26, and some person out there will end up the new owner of a piece of reality show history.

The auction will feature Karma and the Bamboo Bar, two of the town’s party hotspots that the “Jersey Shore” cast frequented for many years.

If you are thinking of getting in on the action, you will need to pony up at least $1.2 Million when the bidding begins for the two properties. Also on the block will be three vacant lots and a Seaside Heights liquor license. For the liquor license alone you will need a minimum of $450,000.

"Now is your chance to own a piece of Jersey Shore history! Bamboo and Karma to be sold at auction by @theauctioneersgroup," the company auctioning the nightclub posted on Instagram.

The sale marks the end of a huge fight between bar owners and the city of Seaside Heights after the city council voted for a second straight year to reject Karma's request for a liquor license. The club has been shut down since 2018 after police made several underage drinking arrests inside the establishment.

If you decide to buy it, it seems the city is hoping someone turns it into condos, a coffee shop, or something besides a fist-pumping party zone.

“The bottom line is we’re geared toward families — an image that’s going to make everyone feel safe and happy and enjoy the beauty of the beaches," the mayor of the city said.

He continued, “We’re driven to a different environment.”

The mayor says the sale of Karma is another step toward swapping Seaside Heights’ bar atmosphere for a family-friendly environment.

BTW -- In case you were wondering if the 'Jersey Shore' cast was going to pull together to buy their former stomping grounds...think again.

The crew spoke to Page Six, where Snooki joked, “We’re like, we should all go in and buy Karma! But then again, it would be such a disaster.”

JWoww agreed jokingly saying, “Pauly deejays. Mike works the door, we’d be just wasted behind the bar,” she joked, adding, “I’d be peeing behind the bar. It would be auctioned off again.”

Mike 'The Situation' did agree to the point, “It’s a piece of history, right there."

In the end, the group agreed -- it is a HARD No!
