Liudmyla Tkachenko Makes Waves for Women In Tech At Binance Blockchain Week

There is a new name in the tech industry that is making huge waves in the crypto and Web3 space...and her name is Liudmyla Tkachenko.

As the technology sector continues its advance in recent decades, women’s roles in development are taking the spotlight. Currently, the big advancement in tech is the rise of crypto and Web3. Most of the current big names in Web3 are men, following the beaten path of history. However, Liudmyla Tkachenko is determined to change that path by reserving women a spot at the Web3 development table.

Along with several prominent crypto and NFT influencers, Liudmyla attended Binance Blockchain Week in Paris, proudly representing and giving women a voice in Web3.

Liudmyla’s- or Myla, as her friends call her, has an astonishing career, and women’s empowerment has been at the forefront of her mind. She launched her athletic clothing brand, Flexup, to highlight women’s strengths and abilities, and sells clothes “by women, for women.” Myla believes that women can be just as successful as men can, and she adapts this ideology to whatever she puts her mind to; most recently, her ambassadorship for Binance, and her attendance at Binance Blockchain Week.

The LA-based model attended the Web3 conference this past week, creating a buzz wherever she went due to her gender and her pride in her nationality. Liudmyla was actually born in Lviv, Ukraine. Although she moved to New York and then to Los Angeles to pursue modeling opportunities in America, she is proud to represent her home country, especially during the rough period it is currently going through.

Liudmyla has been making strides in Web3 even before she attended Binance Blockchain Week. Last November, she actually created and sold her own NFT in collaboration with her brand Flexup and Angry Apes United, a high-utility NFT collection. She sold out within minutes, and the project propelled her to further women’s spaces in the Web3 world. At Binance Blockchain Week, Liudmyla also had the opportunity to speak to Changpeng Zhao,or CZ.

As the businessman who founded Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Liudmyla’s ambassadorship to his company is on track to bring more opportunities for women in Web3.

Liudmyla’s work for women’s empowerment in the tech sector is admirable, and women in STEM are grateful for her presence at Binance Blockchain Week. She is a shining beacon for women in STEM, and proves that anyone can do anything they put their mind to.
