Rachel Recchia is one of two leads on this season of “The Bachelorette”. The star has been on her journey to find love alongside co-Bachelorette, Gabby Windey. The highly anticipated finale is set to air tonight, Tuesday, September 20, on ABC, but the drama is far from over.
If you are all caught up on “The Bachelorette”, you have seen the dramatic teaser for Tuesday’s finale episode. In it, we see Tino Franco and Rachel Recchia in what only one can assume is a massive argument, potentially ending their relationship.
Now, Tino's parents, Joe and Sandi Franco, are taking to social media to bash the show, seemingly giving fans a hint as to how this journey will end for Tino and Rachel.
Tino's Parents Bash "Bachelorette" On Social Media
It is obvious from Tino's hometown date episode that his father is not a fan of the "Bachelorette" process, having grilled both Rachel and Tino, making for an uncomfortable situation.
Joe has been posting his honest opinions regarding "The Bachelorette" to social media ever since the ABC reality show premiered in July. One of Joe's Facebook posts was posted just ahead of Part 1 of the show's finale on Tuesday, September 13.
“BachelorNation will be sorry when they won’t have me to kick around anymore :-). And so will Sam Rubin at KTLA Channel 5. Big Tony, you’ll have to wait your turn :-)," Joe wrote. “Watch the Bachelorette, tonight at 8 for the (yawn) most shocking finale ever (just part 1). So glad it’s almost over!!!”
Tino's mother, Sandi Franco, also "liked" a comment asking the couple to "hang in there" as the show airs, suggesting how she truly feels.
This was by far the only Facebook post from Joe bashing the show. "The Bachelorette" hosts a "Men Tell All" episode every season to bring back the men of the season to answer questions and give them one last chance to clear the air. After the "Men Tell All" aired, Joe Franco decided to have his own "Tell All", as he posted to Facebook:
OK, because BachelorNation fans asked, here is my tell all:
1. I'm 5-6, and a gentlemen's 5-6 at that.
2. No, I have NEVER dyed my hair (look closely you can see the grey)
3. NO, I do not have a comb-over (and it is not a rug either)
4. NO, I am not the same age as Tino, as a few tweets suggested.
5. We are Mexican , not Italian, though media keeps saying Italian. If he really is Italian, it's news to me, and then I'd be asking really tough questions!
6. Tino is amazing. He supported our son's cancer recovery, volunteers to the cause to this day and volunteers countless hours.
7. Sandi is spelled Sandi not Sandy
8. There are no vampires in our family
9. Sandi has more than one dress... seriously...and who notices that in a photo?
....and finally
10. I am too young and too tall to be part of the Lollipop Guild in the Wizard of Oz. Nor have I ever been aboard the Starship Enterprise, (but I do share a Jewish heritage with Spock.)

History of Tino's Dad on "The Bachelorette"
Fans of "The Bachelorette" felt for Rachel during Tino's hometown date as his father grilled the couple, suggesting he does not agree with the "Bachelorette" process.
In the clip below, Tino expresses how confident he is in his and Rachel's relationship, and despite seeing a big smile on both their faces, Tino's parents are clearly not satisfied.
"Yeah but how much time do you guys get together?" Joe asks, interrupting Tino, changing the mood of the room. "Aren't there other guys trying to talk to you?"
To which Tino quickly said confidently, "They're striking out", easing the tension slightly.

Joe continued to drill the couple, asking, "So you guys have a couple more weeks, what are you guys thinking the next two weeks are going to be like?" To which Tino quickly said, "She'll send the rest of the guys home and I'll propose to her in a couple of weeks."
Tino's father can then be seen laughing hysterically in his son's face, ultimately disrespecting the couple.
Joe and Sandi's actions went so far that Rachel left the house feeling like Tino's parents do not like her and disapproved of her dating their son.
Drama Surrounding Tino Ahead of "The Bachelorette"
“The Bachelorette” finale is set to air Tuesday night and if you are a fan of the franchise, you know there is a high possibility that Rachel does not get her happily ever after.
The dramatic teaser for Tuesday’s finale episode shows Tino and Rachel in what many assume is a massive argument, potentially ending their relationship. Although Reality Steve has reported that Rachel and Tino get engaged, it looks like shortly after, the couple went through some issues and stopped talking. Cheating allegations are now surfacing the internet as Reality Steve reports:
Rachel told Tino that she wanted to hit pause on their engagement and just date—and while that’s “not what Tino wanted” he didn’t say anything because “he was afraid he’d lose her.” After pivoting to dating vs. engaged, the relationship was “murky,” “communication was poor,” and basically…Tino hooked up with someone else.
At this time, neither Rachel or Tino have spoken out about the controversy or speculation, but all the questions will be answered when the “Bachelorette” finale airs tonight, Tuesday, September 20.
