The star made several headlines related to his drug and alcohol abuse during the first half of 2022. Some of them were about his role in the comedy/action film "Jackass Forever," released on February 4th.

The actor who previously starred in other "Jackass" films was scheduled to reprise his role in the new movie. However, he was allegedly kicked out of the main cast after failing some sobriety tests.

The Judge then enforced stricter rules on Margera. He is now required to continue seeing the court-assigned psychiatrist, showing up for classes, and staying sober. While the second rehab break caught the attention of many, the first one was very hard on his family and loved ones.
