Post Malone quickly rose to fame thanks to his hit song "Circles". Though the rapper is known for putting on epic performances, occasionally he slips and falls on stage.

A majority of the time, the 27-year-old gets right back up and laughs it off, but last night in St. Louis, Post Malone took such a nasty fall, he broke three ribs and needed assistance walking off stage.

Post Malone was performing his show Saturday night at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, when suddenly the singer, who was performing "Circles" at the time, slipped and fell down halfway through the concert.

The 27-year-old was seen smacking the ground right before he rolled over and started screaming in pain. He was holding his side, near his ribs, nearly in tears.

A video of the incident was shared to Twitter by Marietta Daviz, who wrote, "Post Malone made a few more die hard fans when he fell through a hole in the stage cracking 3 ribs."

In the video above, you can see Post Malone walking down a ramp that extended onto the floor of the arena. What he didn't realize was that the hole in the floor, which he used to lower his guitar at one point in the show, has never been covered up, causing the "Rockstar" singer to take the nasty fall.

One of the fans attending the concert, and who witnessed the accident, told TMZ that one of Post Malone's legs "was shaking uncontrollably." Medics immediately rushed the stage to assist the rapper, and eventually helped him off the stage.

As he exited the stage, Post Malone asked his fans to give him a few minutes to collect himself, but due to the nature of the accident, and the amount of pain he was in, everyone in attendance was concerned for him. Some even expecting the concert to be canceled.

However, despite rolling around in pain, and being helped off the stage by medics, Post Malone finished the concert. Twitter user Daviz wrote, "Fans said he came back out on stage after 10 minutes saying he was sorry & hurting so bad he was crying, then someone gave him a beer and he finished the concert."

Another fan in attendance of Post Malone's concert last night, Sarah, shared a video of the rapper returning to stage, saying "hope you’re okay and thank you for an amazing show! st. louis loves you."
