Kelly Ripa just shared the mother of all workout motivation. The "Live! With Kelly and Ryan" host updated her Instagram on Wednesday with a sweat-drenched video of 48-year-old husband Mark Consuelos' shirtless and ripped body as he engaged in a workout.
Not one to opt out of reminders that her 1996 marriage to the "Riverdale" star is still going strong, Kelly also included a caption referring to Mark with the moniker that's common-place over on her Instagram – Kelly frequently refers to her actor husband as "daddy."

The video didn't hide a thing. Mark was seen working his chiseled core on a workout bench covered in a towel – and he needed it. The CW star was covered in sweat, flaunting his gym-honed body in a black pair of shorts with nothing up top. Mark was seen using his strong arms to keep his torso downwards as he lifted his legs up, eventually getting up following his reps.
Mark was solo, but he was accompanied in musical form – Madonna was playing (and got mentioned in the comments section).
"How bout a little #workoutmotivation for the extremely thirsty ???????? #workout #daddy," Kelly captioned the video.

Comments came in fast for this update. Alongside the 25,000+ views clocked in just 11 minutes, the video also brought in a ton of fan comments.
A reply came in from Kelly's long-time friend and personal trainer Anna Kaiser: "Is that oil???" she wrote.
"You’ve got the best taste in Madonna songs ?," a fan wrote.
Kelly personally replied: "We take our Madonna seriously," the star wrote.
Elsewhere, comments came in over the impressive workout.
"If I tried this ... I’d strain my neck, knee myself in the nose and then pull a hamstring" was one such comment.

Kelly has recently opened up over why she calls Mark "Daddy," and there's more to it than the couple sharing their three children Lola Grace, Michael, and Joaquin.
“I’m all about a daddy. I like a daddy,” Kelly told Good Housekeeping.
“You know how my husband got his nickname? It’s not from Riverdale. Andy Cohen gave my husband the nickname ‘daddy’ about 15 years ago. Mark was out of town, he was shooting a movie somewhere, and Andy was visiting. Mark said, 'Andy, I need you to lock up the house and make sure you set the alarm because Kelly always forgets.' And he’s like, ‘Okay, daddy,'" Kelly continued.
“From that moment on, Mark became daddy, and everybody calls him daddy. He is a daddy to us all,” she concluded.

Kelly hasn't spoken out too much about how Mark achieves his killer body, but she did speak to Us Magazine last year, telling the magazine:
“My husband has gone full keto, which I don’t mind telling you is something I could never do. I just don’t have that level of discipline. Mark says that I’m carb-o because I always eat his bun if he gets a burger. And the fries. But, you know, I workout, so I feel like I’m allowed. I’m 48, I’m entitled and I’m eating whatever I want to eat.”
