Lindell wouldn’t be in this mess if he just stuck to making those fancy neck pillows. But, because he wanted to be a staunch supporter of Trump the FBI has served him with a grand jury subpoena for the contents of his phone.

This has everything to do with an investigation into a Colorado election security breach that took place during Trumps campaign and subsequent run as President of the United States. Lindell shared his experience on social media.

The out of touch video featured a confused Lindell who admitted he has never gone live on IG but felt the need to today because “the FBI came after me and took my phone. They surround me at a Hardee’s,” he shares.

The savvy businessman also shared that he was SOL because his phone is his business as in, he does everything on his phone and allegedly is now struggling to run his business. Lindell shuffled through papers perplexed about the entire situation.

He also shared a document from the FBI that claimed he could not share with anyone what just happened, out clearly did not stop Lindell from doing just that. He was too “disgusted” with the FBI to not share.

The entrepreneur also appeared on CNN to dish more details about how the FBI took possession of his phone. He claims they asked him questions about people like Tina Peters, the Mesa County, Colorado, clerk who is facing charges for allegedly allowing an unauthorized person to access voting machines.

They also mentioned to Lindell that they are investigating the security breach that took place soon afterwards.

On The Lindell Report, the host claimed that the agents were extremely pressing of him when they rolled up on him in the fast food joints drive-thru. “He goes, 'Well, I got some bad news ... he goes, 'We're taking your cellphone. We have a warrant for your cellphone,’” Lindell mocked the agent.

After a quick consultation with his attorney in the drive-thru, mind you, he complied and handed his phone over.

The seeming softie at heart wanted his listeners to know that the FBI agents were not offensive in any way. Dare we say this would be a version of an upstanding American citizen he would like if they weren't taking his phone away?

“I want to say this for the record, they were pretty nice guys. None of them had an attitude.”

He also told the agents that he knows this is about January 6. “I said, 'Come on, bring me to January 6,'" he said he told the agents, "I want to be part of that show.” The agents allegedly assured him this it is unrelated.

The My Pillow mogul also shared that the FBI agents warned him of the consequences if he disclosed this information. “They thought they were there to intimidate me; they won't intimidate me,” he shared with CNN.

The news organization reached out to the FBI who kept everything under the radar. "Without commenting on this specific matter, I can confirm that the FBI was at that location executing a search warrant authorized by a federal judge.”
