Many cast members from the second season of Netflix's "Love Is Blind" have discussed how love can actually be a bit more blurry on social media throughout 2022.
However, Danielle Ruhl, who fell in love with fellow cast member Nick Thompson through the series' process of initially introducing contestants to their potential spouses in separate rooms referred to as "pods," has been anything but blurry when discussing her experiences on the series.
Ruhl and Thompson's relationship stood out and captured viewers' attention largely due to Ruhl's willingness to be transparent with Thompson about her past and present mental health struggles.
Ruhl maintained an unwavering sense of transparency around her mental health long after the series' episodes were released on Netflix, often discussing it candidly on social media.
The 29-year-old is continuing to openly discuss and incorporate mental health, especially in the wake of the announcement she and Thompson had decided divorce was the best option for their futures, and would be splitting up after one year of marriage.

Despite her surprising split from Thompson, Ruhl continues to incorporate candid chats about her mental health into her post-show platform.
She took to her Instagram stories to break her silence and frankly discuss how she has navigated life following her big news.
Ruhl started by discussing how the public seems to have interpreted her demeanor.
"It's funny when people are like, 'How are you so happy?,'" she began in the video per a report from Us Weekly, "Would you rather have me post an Instagram Live of me crying for eight hours straight because I can do that if you want [me] to! That's my reality," she continued.
Ruhl did not shy away from depicting her reality with her subsequent post.
"If you would rather have me sit here and post Stories sobbing, I can easily do that," Ruhl added. "It's what I spend most of my days doing. But I do cry all the time. I cry easily. I cry when I'm happy, I cry when I'm sad. But who wants to see that," she asked. "Come on!"
The outlet also reported Ruhl also shared a tearful photo where she had written "Can barely see out of my eyes from crying. I deal with these situations like anyone else. Sending love to all," she concluded.
Thompson, for his part, is concentrating on moving forward with a new career venture. As of this writing, he has not publicly shared any social media-related content pertaining to the divorce.
Instead, he is focusing on the launch and subsequent episodes of his new podcast, "Conversations with Nick Thompson," which he announced via his Instagram on August 30th.
