Fitness trainer Senada Greca is not afraid to work her core and really feel the burn.

Her chiseled abs have made her an Internet sensation, with some followers calling her "the most shredded model." Senada definitely put her core muscles to work in another ab workout as she shared another Dragon Flag challenge with her social media followers.

'Most Shredded Model' Senada Greca Works Her Abs In A Blue and Green Bikini

In a recent Instagram video, the Zentoa founder did several exercises while performing the Dragon Flag challenge, including scissors twists, single high knees, flutter kicks, and a straight-up hold, where fans could literally see her muscles quivering.

She recommended her followers perform the exercises for fifteen to thirty seconds with thirty seconds of rest in between and repeat for four rounds.

“It had been a minute since my last dragon flags. I’ve lost a bit of strength and muscle definition, but I’m ok with that. I’ve enjoyed these past 4 weeks traveling Europe, but I can’t wait to get back to my routine tomorrow,” she told her followers, who lit up the post with fire emojis.

“Wow this is serious work ? abs are sore just from watching,” one follower commented, while another fan called her the “goddess of workouts.” Another follower assured her, “You still look amazing! Glad you’ve had the chance to travel and enjoy some downtime! ???.”

Senada Knows How To Work The Booty Too!

In another Instagram video, the fitness trainer showed her millions of Instagram followers a video of her “Epic GLUTE Day” in the gym. “What separates achieving results versus wishing for results is consistent action! Start today!” she wrote in the caption. “Your future self will thank you. That’s a promise ?.”

She revealed that this video was actually shot at the TechnoGym Headquarters in Italy. “I felt like a child at an amazing playground,” she wrote. “What a way to start the week with this Glute workout.”

For fans that are interested, she performed landmine squats, landmine RDLs, standing abductions, glute kickbacks, hip thrusts, and finished with hack squats. Most of the exercises were performed for four sets of twelve reps, although she did only three sets of sixteen reps for the standing abductions and the hack squats.

Although plenty of fans loved her workout video, even more fans fell in love with her white pants! “Obsessed with those white pants ?,” one follower commented. “I like the white! And they are not see through,” another fan wrote. “The white set is ?,” a third follower chimed in.

Senada Greca Has Exercises That Will Work The Whole Body!

In a third Instagram video, the social media sensation shared a full body workout that her followers could do with only one dumbbell. “Get after this one,” she told her fans. “No excuses.”

Senada is still looking to get back into the groove after her month-long vacation in Europe, revealing that it was the “longest getaway of [her] life.” She admitted, “it’s been so strange being away for so long. And though I still worked and worked out, I’m ready to get back to it all with new energy.”

In the video, she performs 12-16 reps of 4 sets of seven different exercises: RDL to squat to calf raise, alternating lateral lunges with rows, squat jumps, backward lunges with curls, shoulder press jumping jacks, dumbbell weighted crunches, and dumbbell drags with a push-up in between.

“Is there a reason for training without shoes? Or is it just preference?” one follower asked. Senada replied, “it’s a preference but I also feel more connected to the ground and balanced. ?.”

Another follower asked, “You look amazing!! Should you do 4 sets of the exercise before moving on or go thru all exercises and then repeat x4?” Senada replied, “you can perform these in a circuit. So all exercises back to back, then going through them again for 4 sets ?. Limiting the rest between each exercise. This will also save time. Hope this helps ☺️.”
