Crystal Smith Filed For Divorce Last Month
The court is yet to decide on the matter. Nevertheless, it seems inevitable that the feud between the ex-couple would only worsen due to their separate requests to the court.
As per Radar Online, Crystal requested primary custody of the three children she had with Ne-Yo, Shaffer Smith Jr., Roman Smith, and Isabella Smith when she filed for divorce last month. She demanded payment of both spousal and child support.
In response to her request, Ne-Yo told the courts that he was prepared to pay child support for his young children for as long as feasible. However, he argued against awarding Crystal exclusive custody of the kids and requested that the court grant shared custody instead.
The musician stated he wanted sole use of their Georgian marital home and opposed the idea of paying Crystal spousal maintenance.
