Kaia Gerber Exposes Chest In Sheer Sweater For 'Girl, Interrupted' Shoot

Kaia Gerber herself admitted that she was channeling vibes from 1999 movie "Girl, Interrupted" in her latest photoshoot for i-D Magazine. The 18-year-old model and daughter to Cindy Crawford has mostly been making headlines for her Fashion Week appearances of late – Kaia walked for designers including Moschino and Max Mara in the past few days – but she did update her Instagram with a new magazine feature.

Kaia posted snaps of the i-D shoot to her social media, with the magazine also sharing the stunning string of gritty or wet-haired looks as it interviewed the rising star.

Kaia's photos were pared-down and nothing short of stunning. The brunette was harnessing her now-iconic short bob, also opting for grunge-like or sexy clothing as she showed off her super-slender frame.

One image showed the model looking downward as she posed in a sheer Prada sweater, with the see-through fabrics and braless finish seeing Kaia flash her chest – the image wasn't provocative, though, proving the opposite of vulgar as Kaia was snapped with wet hair amid a brick and door backdrop.

Speaking to i-D, Kaia spoke about the shoot.

"With this shoot, I really got into it. I was channeling Winona Ryder in Girl, Interrupted. I love it so much. But I feel like with models you don’t really get the truth of their personality through the camera," she stated.

Over on Kaia's Instagram, snaps from the shoot showed her seated on a bed with a metal railing as she winked at the camera in a no-pants look, with the star also sharing some of the black-and-white shots seen in the magazine.

The interview was an interesting one. Firstly, by virtue of its setup as award-winning playwright Jeremy O. Harris was in conversation with Kaia. Secondly, by virtue of just how open and honest the teen was.

Jeremy asked Kaia when she last cried, with the model obliging with a response.

"Probably a week ago, in my car. I use my alone time to cry, but I’m not someone who’s going to call a friend crying and asking for advice. That’s so not me," she said.

The feature did not see Kaia's ex Pete Davidson mentioned. The 25-year-old SNL comedian split from Kaia in mid-January following a brief romance. Kaia did, however find herself probed on relationships. "How do you navigate that?" she was asked.

"You have to silence the outside world. The only people who know anything about anything are the people in the relationship. The public is very loud, so you have to make your own feelings even louder," she replied.

Kaia's entire family is currently making headlines, with brother Presley's newly-debuted face tattoo reportedly causing "concern" for mom Cindy.
