As our headline suggests, this isn't the first time Cara Delevingne has come after Justin Bieber. However, it's worth noting that the 27-year-old English model's savagery does not come ever come out of the blue - she's only spoken up against the Biebs when he's made a rash comment about her or someone she's close to. Our most recent saga began on Thursday night following Justin's appearance on The Late Show with James Corden, where he played Corden's infamous game, "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts."

The "truth or dare" style adventure involves Corden asking his guest a rather controversial question, which they can either choose to answer or not. If they opt not to answer the question, in exchange, they must partake in some rather strange - er, delicacies. Justin was given the task of ranking wife Hailey Bieber's friends, specifically, her fellow high-profile model pals Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, and Cara Delevingne. Some food and drink options available for the taking included bird saliva, beetle jello shots, and ant yogurt.

The Biebs took a marital risk when deciding to answer Corden's question, to which he listed his wife's girlfriends in order of his personal favorites: "Kendall, Gigi, Cara."

After the crowd erupted, Bieber clarified his statement by saying his reasoning was simply due to having a stronger relationship with Jenner, and that he has not spent a lot of time with either Hadid or Delevingne. As innocent as it sounds, Justin's words didn't sit right with Delevingne, and it wasn't long before she hopped on Instagram to give her 44.3 million followers a piece of her mind.

"Now vs. Then," Cara's caption began. "If you have nothing against me, then why don't you unblock me?" Delevingne finished her post by expressing her love for Hailey Bieber, and saying that Justin should've just eaten the - well, we don't want to talk about it.

It's thought that Justin blocked Cara after a comment she left due to his siding with longtime manager Scooter Braun last summer after he bought Taylor Swift's former record company, Big Machine Label Group.

In his lengthy caption, Bieber tried to make amends with Swift over some literal bad blood. He admits to them being unable to "communicate [their] differences, hurts, or frustrations" because they hadn't "crossed paths" in many years, but then transitioned into defending Braun against Swift's then-recent negative statements.

Justin has since turned off comments for the post, but Cara made sure to jump into the conversation early.

“Gentleman? @haileybieber @justinbieber you must be bored. I wish you spent less time sticking up for men and more time trying to understand women and respecting their valid reactions. As a married man, you should be lifting women up instead of tearing them down because you are threatened. I am not sure you actually understand what an apology is."

Delevingne finished up by defending her ~~squad leader~~ old friend, and insisting that being unified in togetherness was the best thing to do at that moment.

"This issue that @taylorswift is talking out is about far more than a picture and you know that. As you said, you haven’t spoken to her in years which means you definitely don’t understand the situation. I do. Take a step back and try to learn from this. We should all be on the same team. End of story.”

If only that were the end of the story!
