Halle Berry Wows Instagram With Jaw-Dropping Body In Zen Stretch

Halle Berry will always make time for #FitnessFriday. The 53-year-old Oscar winner is now as much of a fitness face as she is an acting one – proof lay in the "Catwoman" star's latest Instagram update, honoring the platform's weekly fitness-centric hashtag.

Halle has been making headlines this year both for her MMA body and announcing a fitness merch line – while the first saw the actress photographed with a bruised and swollen eye as she sustained injuries on the set of her upcoming "Bruised" movie, the second caused excitement as Halle went sexy with her announcement photo.

Halle's photo showed her stretching in a light-filled room backed by a wall with a fluorescent pink sign. The star had been photographed solo, appearing more focused on stretching her muscles than flaunting them as she struck a pose while crouching down. Halle posed with her right arm up above her head and her left reaching out to a very toned right calf.

Shadows made it hard to tell what the actress was wearing, but the leggings (if they were there) seemed skin-tight. Halle's ripped shoulders, arms, thighs, and back were all on show – Halle didn't show her face, though.

Halle took to her caption to greet fans.

"Stretch it OUT for another extra special #FitnessFriday! On today’s episode of #PHITTalks, @peterleethomas and I are going full Zen - answering your questions on mindfulness meditation, yoga and stretching - beginners WELCOME!" Halle began.

"True peace comes from daily practice and a willingness to change, and we’ll be introducing a few tools from the rē•spin by Halle Berry Collection to help you in that practice!" the star added, also letting fans know that her collection will be available in stores such as TK Maxx and Marshalls.

Halle's photo seemed to have knocked fans sideways. Alongside the 10,000+ likes the image clocked in under 30 minutes, the post itself brought in a massive fan response over in the comments section.

"Wow. So strong. Go Halle!" one user wrote.

"How do you do it girl? Complete respect," another said.

One fan appeared to have headed out to try and find Halle's newly-announced merch.

"I didn’t my workout this morning I feel great. I also went to Tj max to find your ankle weights and hand weights but I couldn’t find them so I bought some different ones. Thanks for always encouraging us young mothers I’m a mother of 5 handsome boys. ❤️," they said.

Halle made her announcement back on February 7. The photo showing Halle sweat-drenched and flaunting both her curves and muscles in a plunging white one-piece came with extra exciting-sounding words.
