Famous former couple Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum are very close to settling their ongoing divorce case.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Dewan recently filed a "declaration of disclosure" in the case -- telling the court she has turned over all financial and other information to the other side. In most divorce cases, this is a significant sign that the ex-couple is settling the case.

We're told a trial setting conference is set for later this month but will be continued, considering the two parties are about to close the book on the case.

The settlement between the two stars will include support for their daughter, and a separation of their respective community property.

In court documents, the couple agreed to not exploit their daughter for any social media advertisements. In other words, they can post family photos and events if they choose, but they will both refrain from using Everly for any for-profit items. These will include "sponsorships, advertisements, or any social media campaign without the other party’s consent."

We're told all of these issues will be addressed in the settlement.

Dewan recently opened up about the split in a new wellness book, saying, "I’d come to realize the dynamic I was in wasn’t serving me nor was it serving my daughter. First and foremost I had to accept the realization this isn’t working and had moved into hurting." Adding, "The public saw Channing and I in this idealized romanticized light. This made things difficult for me because I like being as honest and real as I can."

The settlement itself might be kept confidential, and all it will require is a rubber stamp from the court.
