'Big Brother' Winner Will Kirby Gets Custody Of Family Dog In Divorce Settlement

'Big Brother'champion Dr. Will Kirby just settled his divorce, and a very important part of the family is going with him...the family dog.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the 'Big Brother 2'winner officially ended his marriage to his wife -- Erin Brodie -- and hashed out their finances and who gets what in their split.

In the filing, the famous couple agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their two minor children. As for child support, the former couple "have specifically agreed that child support shall be set at $0, and that neither party shall pay child support to the other at the present time."

Interestingly, the ex-couple specifically spelled out what "property" each of them will take away from the marriage, and it included an interesting one. Dr. Kirby will retain all "jewelry and personal effects" including a Rolex watch. Plus, he will keep all his rights to "Kirby Dermatology" which is his medical practice. And...according to the documents he will also keep "The dog, Wriggley."

We broke the story, other celebrities have included the dogs in their divorce settlements -- including one where the pets will move from house to house with the children.

As for Erin, she will keep any "furniture, furnishing, artwork, appliances, and other personal property, presently in her possession." Plus, any gift, inheritance before the marriage."

The good news...the former couple agreed to co-own their property in Los Angeles and will keep it until their children graduate high school. The parties will pay equally the costs of running the household.

Lastly, the couple agreed on these statements concerning any other spousal support. "William agrees that he has adequate financial resources to meet his cost of 3 living needs, and he does not require spousal support from Erin." Adding, "Erin agrees that she has adequate financial resources to meet her cost of living 5 needs, and she does not require spousal Support from William."

In the end, this appears to be a very amicable split and settlement.

The 'Big Brother' star announced the breakup via a joint statement, saying, "While we are exploring what our future will look like, our relationship is stronger than ever, just not in a traditional sense. We remain committed to being the best parents to our two children and supportive of each other as we navigate through this transition."

Besides being a well-known dermatologist, Kirby also won the celebrity edition of 'The Price Is Right'in 2016. Erin is famous in her own right, winning the reality show 'For Love or Money,' in 2003.

'Big Brother' made huge headlines in the past few days after fans labeled a new contestant -- Kyle -- a racist. Video of the person on the show's live feed, Kyle allegedly had a conversation with another white contestant where he showed concern about an alliance forming amount housemates of color. His comments were apparently seen as "microaggressions" -- and some believe he should be axed from the show.
