Problems with the pair's personal life came to light during the legal proceedings they were involved in with Ryan Horne and Nico Kirzis over an undisclosed amount of money that the pair had provided Kemsley with for her swimwear line, Beverly Beach, claiming he was never repayed his investment.

"These matters, which were never as concerning to the Kemsleys as they were made to appear, have now been resolved," said attorney Matthew Pierce in regards to the Kemsley's legal situation.

Following these highly publicized legal troubles, podcast "Bitch Sesh"'s writer Brian Moylan shared a rumor he had heard from a friend, saying, "She told me that she has a friend with a big house in St. John’s Wood in London, which is like the Bel-Air or Upper West Side of London. And he has a very large house with a guest house and there’s someone whose staying in the guest house currently because he’s getting a divorce," the podcaster stated candidly.

These are some highly charged allegations, and of course, the Kemsley's, who have notoriously stood up together against whatever issues have belittled them, took to Page Six to clap back against the podcaster's allegations and any other rumors that may be circulating about their marriage coming to an end. The couple was clearly angered by the allegations made on 'Bitch Sesh,' and want to dispel them as quickly and amicably as possible.

The Demsley's told the publication that they are indeed spending Valentine's Day weekend together with their children in San Fransisco.

PK, who is 52, noted that the rumors surrounding him leaving the country were easily explained. He was in Australia while his client, Boy George, filmed his part for 'The Voice.' He then added that rumors about him living in London apart from his wife were completely false.

Demsley, who is a businessman, has notable ties to London as well as three children from a previous marriage that reside there. The couple said neither of them have directly listened to the podcast, they only look to disspel the rumors it propogated.
