Earlier this week, Harley scored a victory in court when a judge ordered her ex to stop contacting her as part of his criminal case. The reality star was accused of violating his criminal restraining order which prohibits him from contacting Harley.

Harley appeared at the hearing with her lawyer Lisa Bloom but Ortiz-Magro was not present with his lawyer. Ortiz-Magro is facing seven misdemeanor charges relating to an alleged fight with Harley, which involved their daughter Ariana Sky.

According to Radar Online, the Deputy City Attorney Heidi Matz accused Ortiz-Magro of violating the terms of his criminal restraining order during the hearing. Matz told the judge, “The victim is in court, and she was contacted by the defendant at the end of the year … and he sent her many texts. They did see each other and there was an incident in Nevada. That I have no jurisdiction over, however, prior communications are illegal. We want the defendant to knock it off … We want it to stop.”

The judge asked the reality star’s lawyer if he would rely the message. Ortiz-Magro’s lawyer responded to the judge, “I have your honor and I don’t want to get into a contest of back and forth. It’s complicated.”

His lawyer claimed to be working out a deal with the Deputy City Attorney in hopes to “resolve the issues”, which has yet to happen.
