Mother Lynne Spears is firing back at her daughter, Britney Spears, after the "Hold Me Closer" singer released a 22-minute recording on Sunday night that was quickly taken down.

The heartfelt recording features Britney's account of her stifling conservatorship, which began in February 2008 and didn't end until November 2021. In the recording, the "Stronger" singer says that she feels that her family "threw [her] away" and laments that "people on the street" during the #FreeBritney movement were more supportive than her mother and her sister.

In a new Instagram post, Lynne shared a photo of the two smiling together for an old photo as she tried to reach out to her daughter.

In her recent Instagram post on Sunday night, Lynne turned off the comments as she passed along a public message to her daughter, ironically asking her to keep things private.

"Britney, your whole life I have tried my best to support your dreams and wishes! And also, I have tried my best to help you out of hardships!" she captioned the snap. "I have never and will never turn my back on you!"

"Your rejections to the countless times I have flown out and calls make me feel hopeless! I have tried everything," she continued. "I love you so much, but this talk is for you and me only , eye to eye, in private. ❤️?."

Although the 22-minute audio recording has since been deleted, The Blast has detailed some of Britney's allegations, especially around the time of her Las Vegas Residency.

In the deleted video, Britney asks "How did they get away with it? And what the f--- did I do to deserve it?" At one point, she even asked, "How is there a God? Is there a God?" and admitted with struggling with her faith during the conservatorship.

Britney began the recording by saying that she is getting "nothing out of sharing all of this," and revealed that she has gotten offers to do interviews with Oprah and "so many people for lots and lots of money" but she said, "I don't want any of it."

She alleged that her family "literally killed me," adding, "They threw me away. That's what it felt like. My family threw me away."

To make matters worse, she alleges that her mother was the one who actually told her that people were coming to "talk" to her before she was taken away in an ambulance in front of "two hundred paparazzi." However, her mother didn't give any details about who was coming to talk to her, and Britney openly wondered if it was a lawyer.

She said that the conservatorship itself was a "setup," "premeditated," and "pure abuse," saying that a woman had "introduced the idea" of a conservatorship to her parents and helped her father "follow through and make it all happen."

Towards the end of the recording, Britney confessed that she felt "so so weak" and was "scared" and "broken." She added that she was sharing the video and her experiences "because I want people to know I'm only human." She continued, “I do feel victimized after these experiences and how can I mend this if I don’t talk about it?”

As one fan wrote on the now-deleted video, “Britney, you did nothing wrong. You were a young girl going through so much at the time. You were bullied and stalked by the world, going through a divorce and custody battle. People took advantage of you. You are strong and you are beautiful. Thank you for sharing your story. You are loved by the world and your fans. You inspire us every day.”
