Former reality tv star Jon Gosselin recently outed his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, for withdrawing over $100,000 from their kids' trust funds which she claimed was because she needed it for survival.

Kate had also revealed earlier that the "Couples Therapy" alum wasn't very innocent regarding their finances either. According to reports, her lawyer alleged that Jon owed her child support worth $132,875, "not counting interest, from the day it was entered."

However, as per Us Weekly, a source close to Jon disputed this allegation, adding that it was, in fact, a fabrication. They also shared that there was proof from legal documents that his ex-wife was ordered to pay child support for two of their kids, Hannah and Colin's high school to Jon.

Earlier this month, Kate's attorney claimed to Us Weekly that her ex-husband "clearly owes her $132,875 in child support, not counting interest." However, a source close to Jon has refuted that claim, sharing with the publication that it's, in fact, a "fabrication."

"Jon owes no money to Kate for child support," the source insisted. "Kate was instead ordered to pay Jon, child support for the final year of Hannah and Collin's high school."

He concluded per Us Weekly, "There is proof in legal documents from June 2018 that show the Superior Court of PA quashed Kate's appeal for Jon to pay her $132K. They quashed the whole thing, so he never owed her any money."

Jon slammed in an interview that Kate had been living off his children's trust funds. "It's disgusting and morally wrong," the reality star shared with The Sun recently.

"Parents are not supposed to withdraw any money from these accounts without permission and without drawing up paperwork that they will pay it back — but she has produced no paperwork, and no payments have been made. You can't just live off your kids' money."

However, Kate claimed she made two $50,000 withdrawals to meet her children's expenses. She also insisted that she paid for her kids' tuition from her pocket.

"I borrowed $100,000 from the kids' trust. And it owes me $387,000 technically, but I'm not looking to collect that."

Following their divorce, Jon shared per Yahoo that he spent several years fighting over custody rights but stopped after a while because it was expensive.

"People are always like, 'Oh, I would fight so hard [for a better custody arrangement].' I'm like, 'Honey, you don't have the money to fight that hard. Do you know how expensive the court is? You have no idea,'" the DJ stated.

"I've been going to court for seven years now," He continued. "All the filings — and I do my filings, then submit them to a law firm for a stamp of approval — I have to pay for that. And pay all the court fees hoping you'll get something out of it. Unless you can arbitrate out of it and have a working relationship with the other parent, you'll spend a lot of money."

He also rebuffed the claims that he never paid child support to Kate, stating that he moved away from all their shared fortune after they split.

"I gave her $3 million," He told the outlet. "I walked away. I moved. [I said], 'Take all of it.' It was a moral sacrifice for my children."

In 2009, Kate told People that before their divorce, she and her ex-husband had been struggling privately for months. She also shared that Jon had turned into a different person shortly before their divorce– he stayed out late regularly and allegedly spent impulsively.

According to her, the divorce was a long time coming. "I don't know that we're in the same place anymore, that we want the same thing," Kate stated. "I've been struggling with the question of 'Who is this person?' for a while."

Matters got worse when Jon was spotted with a then 23-year-old teacher Deanna Hummel. Deanna's brother Jason disclosed to Us Weekly that Jon had been dating his sister for several months.
