Frank, a Grammy and Golden Globe nominee, posted a throwback Instagram picture of himself with his brother in the woods at a rather young age. The duo could be seen standing side by side, with one sibling smiling at the camera while the other was focused on handling his play tool.

"Brothers till the end!" the music icon captioned the post, adding, "Enough said" and a couple of hashtags indicating his loyalty to family. Fans sent their love and prayers to the brothers, with some calling them the best siblings, while several others noted that their relationship was inspiring given that loyalty seemed non-existent nowadays.

Regarding Stallone and Flavin's divorce, the actor recently revealed the real reason behind their split, addressing several speculations which The Blast reported. Although a few claimed that the former couple's marriage collapsed due to arguments stemming from getting their family a Rottweiler, the 76-year-old asserted otherwise, saying they simply drifted apart. In his words:

"We did not end the relationship on such a trivial argument. We just went in different directions."

The divorce proceedings may take a while to be finalized due to the lengthy official procedure required to divide the massive assets, including millions of dollars the duo has accumulated with their career over the years. Given that Stallone holds his ex-wife in high regard and has no resentment about their split, their asset sharing will likely be done amicably and without drama.

"The Lords of Flatbush" actor had no bad words to say about his wife as he only confessed, "I have the highest respect for Jennifer. I will always love her. She's an amazing woman. She's the nicest human being I've ever met." Even so, he was reported to have altered the tattoo of Flavin on his right arm, replacing it with one of a hound. This led to multiple assumptions about him wanting to get rid of his ties to his ex.

Sylvester addressed the rumors by admitting that the 14-year-old ink had started to appear out-of-date, and he visited his regular artist to get it renewed. The procedure did not go well but worsened the tattoo causing him to change the image of his former wife's face to that of a Rottweiler.

He had no unpleasant intention amid the changes but only wanted to repair the messed-up ink. Besides, he still has a large tattoo of Flavin on his back, proof that he had no beef with her. In contrast, the actor's estranged wife may not share similar sentiments as she ended their marital union, accusing him of "moving assets from marital funds."

This led her to seek a court order to prevent the "Creed" star from transporting assets while the divorce proceedings were still in progress. Furthermore, as the court document revealed, Flavin wanted her ex to be "enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings."

"The Expendables" Star And His Ex-Wife Had An On-And-Off Relationship Before Marriage

In light of the celebrity couple calling it quits, PEOPLE detailed their relationship timeline, beginning with their first meeting at a Beverly Hills restaurant in 1988. At the time, Flavin was nineteen, and Stallone was in his early forties, had been married twice, and was a father to his two boys, Sage and Seargeoh, from his first marriage.

About two years after their first encounter, they went public with their relationship at an L.A. gala in 1990. However, they eventually broke up in 1994 with a letter from the Academy Awards nominee sent via FedEx. Their split reportedly stemmed from Stallone's affair with supermodel Janice Dickinson who later birthed a daughter that was rumored to be his but was not.

Upon finding out, using a paternity test, that she was not his child, he ended things with Dickinson and reconciled with Flavin in 1995, leading to their small fairytale marriage in 1997. The twosome, who had already birthed their first daughter Sophia the previous year, went ahead to welcome their two other kids; Sistine in 1988 and Scarlet in 2002.
