The 30-year-old sat down with Alex Cooper for this week’s episode of “Call Her Daddy,” and she did not hold back.

On Monday, August 22, Cooper dropped a teaser video for the upcoming episode that drops on Wednesday, August 24.

In the short teaser, Demi talks about Disney and her song “29,” which is rumored to be about her relationship with Wilmer Valderrama.

It starts out with Cooper introducing Demi and cuts to a video of her when she was on Disney Channel.

“It was the golden era of Disney. There was Raven and Hilary Duff. ‘High School Musical,’ Selena was on ‘Wizards,’ and ‘Hannah Montana’ had just happened. And I knew my life was about to change,” she said smiling.

The tone of it changed rather quickly after Cooper asks, “What pieces of your personal life did Disney have a say on?”

“That pressure of ‘You’re replaceable’ was always there, and I was paying for the whole roof over my family’s head,” Demi admitted. “I would go so far as to say there was a brainwashing element to it. They like barricaded me into my hotel room, and put furniture outside of my door so that I couldn’t get out.”

The teaser cuts to Cooper reading lyrics from Demi’s song, “29,” on her new album, “Holy Fvck.”

“The song ’29.’ ‘Too young to drink wine. Just five years a bleeder. Student and a teacher far from innocent. What the f**k is consent? Numbers told you not to. But that didn’t stop you,’” Cooper read. “What inspired you to write this song?”

“I’ve never talked about this before, but if you’re a young girl and you think its sexy or fun to date older men, it’s not ok,” Demi warns.

Now, The Blast previously told you the song is rumored to be about her ex-boyfriend, Valderrama, who is 12 years older than Demi.

The singer has not confirmed it’s about him, but she hasn’t denied it either.

In a different interview she explained that she had to “own my truth.”

During an interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music 1, she said, “When I turned 29, I remember I was on vacation, and I just realized I’m 29 now, and it put things into perspective. It put everything into perspective. And I’m very careful with the way that I answer these questions because I feel like the song says it all.”

Turning 29 was a pivotal year and age for Demi. She explained it put everything into perspective for her.

“I would be lying if I said I didn’t have a ton of anxiety about putting out this song,” Demi added. “I just said, ‘I have to go for this. I have to own my truth.’ Yeah. And I do still walk that line very finely. I’ve learned that sometimes saying less is more. And it’s taken me to 30 years old to maybe learn that, but here I am approaching the way that I express myself differently in front of the media because it’s okay to have boundaries.”

Demi’s episode of “Call Her Daddy” drops on Wednesday, August 24th.
