It's no secret that Harry Styles' third solo LP "Harry's House" is one of the most popular albums of 2022!
No matter if you're scrolling through TikTok or come across a viral video, there's a good chance you'll hear one of the album's infectious singles. Styles himself can't escape his new tracks; he is currently touring behind the album.
The upbeat tunes are infectious for a reason. The 28-year-old has quite a lot to be happy about these days; he is publicly dating his love, Olivia Wilde, and is also gearing up for the release of "Don't Worry Darling," the film which brought the duo together.
Despite the whirlwind nature of Styles' year, he is definitely taking stock of his environment and making a point to observe the details around him. He recently spoke to Rolling Stone and discussed those factors which helped influence the creation of "Harry's House," and the observations he's taken in the aftermath of the record's success.
Styles Takes Being Present Very Seriously
In the interview Styles talks a lot about the positive influences which inspired his bestselling third record.
Before we dive into the juicy deets of Styles' chat with Rolling Stone, it's worth revisiting an influential factor the singer has discussed at length in the past: getting to know himself through the guidance of therapy.
Earlier this spring we reported on Styles' relationship with going to therapy and how it helped him shape his sense of self.
Styles spoke to People about the gains he has made through the magic of therapy, and also detailed the misconception he previously held about seeking help for his mental health in this way.
"I thought it meant you were broken," he shared. "I wanted to be the one who could say I didn't need it."
Acknowledging the depth of human emotions and making a connection with them had been a big lesson the "Late Night Talking" singer has learned through therapy attendance.
"I think that accepting living, being happy, hurting in the extremes, that is the most alive you can be. Losing it crying, losing it laughing- there's no way, I don't think, to be more alive than that."

Developing a relationship with and finetuning his emotions certainly paid off in the end for Styles; The praise for the songs on "Harry's House" was aplenty from the get-go!
Styles' friend and fellow entertainer, Lizzo, was a big fan of the album's material.
Lizzo, who also released a hit record this year, spoke about "Harry's House" on an Instagram Live session with her fans. We reported on Lizzo's chat, getting the lowdown on her thoughts.
She definitely praised "Harry's House" in her own signature way. Lizzo said "He put his whole harrussy into that album," before revealing she "loved" it.

Women aren't the only demographic who are resonating with "Harry's House."
Not only has Styles taken note of this, but he's also come to a particular conclusion.
Talking to Rolling Stone, he revealed he had noticed MEN are gravitating toward a certain popular song on the album.
He shared, "As It Was is definitely the highest volume of men that I would get stopping me to say something about it."
No wonder! "As It Was" has experienced a viral amount of success through TikTok since its release in the spring.
