There's been a new twist in the ongoing drama between exes Amber Heard and Johnny Depp.

The two have been embroiled in a bitter war since their divorce in 2016.

Heard claimed that Depp was abusive to her. A video was even released, which showed Heard and Depp arguing, and resulted in Johnny throwing a wine glass.

Depp responded to Heard's allegations by saying she was the one that was abusive, not him. He even filed a defamation lawsuit against Heard, which is still pending.

While the public took Heard's side in the case, that support has now shifted thanks to new evidence.

Amber and Johnny met on the set of 2011 film The Rum Diary and began dating a year later.

Depp had recently ended his relationship with his girlfriend of 14 years Vanessa Pardis. Depp and Pardis had two children together, a daughter named Lily and a son named Jack.

Depp's fans were stunned by his new relationship. One of the reasons was the 23-year age difference between the couple. Plus, many felt Amber was compatible with Johnny's unique lifestyle.

In February 2015, Heard and Depp married in a small ceremony at their California home.

Fifteen months after their wedding, Heard filed for divorce from Depp.

Soon their divorce turned ugly when Amber made abuse claims towards Depp. After Amber was seen in public sporting what appeared to be a black eye, the public voiced their support for the actress. Many people began turning on Depp and demanded he is fired from upcoming film projects.

Depp then fired back against Heard and claimed she was the abuser not him. The public dismissed Depp's claims and continued to side with Heard.

As Heard's support grew, she continued to talk about the abuse she suffered at the hands of her ex-husband.

However, reports also surfaced about Heard's abuse towards Depp. She often hit him causing the actor to have bruises and a black eye. She also reportedly sliced off part of his finger, which resulted in him being hospitalized.

Over the weekend, new evidence surfaced that changed the public's perception of Heard.

In an audio recording between Heard and Depp, the actress admits to hitting her husband.

The recording quickly sparked outrage with many voicing their anger towards Heard. The actress is facing criticism for making up abuse claims and trying to ruin Depp's reputation.

The public quickly expressed their apologies towards Depp, not realizing the pain he suffered at the hands of Amber. But as it turns out, Depp may not be her only victim. According to reports, Heard was arrested in 2009 for allegedly hitting her ex-girlfriend.

Upon the new revelations that she abused Depp, Heard is facing backlash from the public. Many are already boycotting her actress and demanding she is fired from Aquaman 2.

While the public is turning their backs on the actress, the media has stayed mum on the situation.

People are outraged that the news isn't reporting on Amber Heard's confession to abusing Depp. Many believe the media is using a double standard when it comes to the issue.

When Heard accused Depp of abuse, the media was quick to get Amber's side of the story. But now that the tables have turned, there's been no peep from the media outlets.

Heard's actions have hurt a lot of people. Not only did she try to ruin Johnny's career, but she also set a bad look for other abuse victims.

While Heard does deserve some punishment for her actions, it seems like Hollywood and the media is going to turn a blind eye to this situation.
