Is Brooklyn Nets Star Kyrie Irving Announcing Another Baby?

Anyone following Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving or his fiancé Marlene Wilkerson on Instagram know that they've kept their baby boy away from the spotlight. The now 1-year-old has made his Instagram debut today in a post on Irving's page dedicated to his fiancé. And one particular photo in the carousel of snaps has fans wondering if there might be another NBA baby on the way.

The post includes photos of the happy couple who have been together since 2018 and reportedly engaged since 2019. And fans finally get to see their adorable little boy, Kaire in the photos. The couple quietly welcomed their baby boy last year. Wilkerson posted a video on YouTube titled, "Our Pregnancy Journey," announcing the pregnancy and the baby's arrival. The video takes viewers through some highlights of the pregnancy and even shows part of the waterbirth where you hear Irving say, "I have him. I have him. Look at my boy," and then you hear the baby let out a cry. Fair warning to all who watch this video - grab some tissues because the heartwarming moment captured on video is sure to make you tear up a bit.

Fast forward to a year later, fans are finally getting the chance to see the beautiful baby on Irving's Instagram page. In one photo, you see the proud mama with her baby boy in a car seat. And in others, more recent snaps of Kaire smiling. Irving's Instagram followers were loving the post with more than 72,000 likes in just one hour, and nearly 1,000 comments.

Comments on the post were supportive and loving with tons of heart emojis and messages about his beautiful family. Some fans commented that they were unaware he has a child, and one photo has some saying "congrats" and wondering if maybe there's another baby on the way because his hand is on Wilkerson's stomach. Is this Irving's way of announcing there's another baby on the way?

Irving is also father to daughter Azurie Elizabeth, 6, with former Miss Texas, Andrea Wilson. Azurie was born in November 2015, and named after his mother Elizabeth, who died when he was only 4-years-old.

While there is no official word if Irving and Wilkerson will be having another baby, one thing's for sure, his fans were really happy to get a glimpse into his personal life via Instagram.
