Katie Maloney And Tom Schwartz Enjoy A Pool Date, Are They Getting Back Together?

TV stars Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz, her estranged husband, were seen together on a pool date. The duo is part of the Bravo show "Vanderpump Rules" and, after 12 years in marriage, announced their split earlier this year.

The reason behind the split was not stated however the couple claimed they were still on good terms and even went on a friendly date a few days later to strengthen this. While telling his followers about the breakup, Schwartz revealed that Maloney was behind the decision.

Despite the announcement months ago, the two were recently seen out on a pool date. Before now, the bar owner had already let fans know that reconciliation between them was possible and not to rule it out.

Maloney was recently seen with Schwartz, the reality star's estranged husband. According to Radar Online, the duo was seen just days after the 39-year-old hinted at a possible reconciliation between the couple.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star and Schwartz both came together recently for a pool date in Los Angeles. In the selfie he shared, Schwartz was seen in the pool in an apartment building with the reality star not far behind. The bar owner seemed over the moon in the photo, sporting a huge smile.

In a previous interview, Schwartz told fans that reconciliation was not out of the line for the formerly troubled couple. His exact words on the matter when asked about reconciliation were "never say never."

The reality star further said, "As of now, we're on indefinite hiatus," he said. "We still love and support each other. I'm a huge Maloney champion. I will support her in everything she does. She's killing it and hitting her stride. The podcast is crushing it."

News of the two lovebirds' split circulated as far back as March this year when Maloney filed for divorce in the Los Angeles Superior Court. The duo was together for around 12 years before they decided to separate.

While Maloney and Schwartz held off filling paperwork for their marriage until 2019, the couple walked down the aisle as far back as 2016 on the Bravo reality show. A second ceremony was held in Las Vegas, where the paperwork got attended to.

Schwartz was served the divorce papers in April; however, the Tom Tom bar owner has not acknowledged the case yet. Maloney reportedly made the decision to end the marriage.

The couple reportedly took to Instagram to announce the split and tell the public that they were both on good terms despite wanting to go their separate ways. Maloney wrote, "After 12 years of an adventure through life together, Tom and I are ending our marriage."

The 35-year-old continued, "This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose. We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain, and we cherish our friendship. Although we may be on different paths, we will continue to love and support one another's happiness."

Schwartz, on his part, revealed that while Maloney was the one who pushed for a split, he was not the victim in the situation. He said that although the entire issue caused him considerable "heartache," he would be okay. "Not looking to evoke any sympathy here. Not gonna write too sad a song," Schwartz added.

When asked how she was coping with the split, Maloney said she was doing "really good" and getting the love and support she needed. She added, "I'm on a pursuit of happiness. I want to feel my soul. And of course, I want to prioritize my career goals."

This past month, the couple were seen exchanging words while filming the 10th season of "Vanderpump Rules." According to Radar Online, the conversation centered around the 39-year-old talking to another woman. The reality star left soon after the argument; however, the duo is reportedly still filming together and speaking about their issues.

Not long after announcing their split, Schwartz and Maloney went for a friendly afternoon date at the Mister O's in Studio City, California. They were seen together on the restaurant's outside patio and proceeded to share pictures on their respective Instagram stories.

In Schwartz's stories, Maloney was seen sipping a cocktail while wearing a striped cardigan. The bar owner captioned the photo, "It's all good."
