Machine Gun Kelly is fast becoming “Bloody Valentine” personified, and the modern rockstar would seemingly go to any length to retain that title!
The rapper, who is currently on his Mainstream Sellout Tour, took things to a whole new bizarre level at his recent performance in Cleveland, Ohio, and it resulted in yet another bloody face!
Machine Gun Kelly Smashes Wine Glass On Face
Over the weekend, MGK performed at the FirstEnergy Stadium and in usual fashion sold the arena out. The “Emo Girl” rapper brought his A-game and more, taking his fans on a wild ride that culminated in a scary stunt.
According to footage shared from the concert, MGK was seen chugging a glass of what looked like red wine as he explained to his cheering fans that he would extend his set because he could.
“If we don’t stop the concert right now, we’re gonna be fined $70,000 for every ten minutes that we continue,” MGK announced as his fans screamed in excitement.
After emptying the glass of wine, the rapper whose real name is Colson Baker, yelled into the crowd, “You know what I say to that? ‘I’m not stopping this show for s–t. I’m rich, b***ch,” before suddenly smashing the wine glass on his forehead.
Fans erupted into louder cheers following the daring act! The Texas native showed off the injury he suffered in an Instagram Story update.
A shirtless MGK laughed and zoomed in on his bloody face as he gushed, “Oh my God, Cleveland. That was f–king insane.
In a follow-up post, the bloodied rapper gave fans a closer look at the scar while letting them know he had another naughty antic up his sleeves.

MGK Has A History With Bloody Faces
This isn’t MGK’s first rodeo with a stunt that left him bleeding. Fans are still recovering from the party stunt he pulled in June. As The Blast reported, in June, during the New York leg of his tour, did something similar. The “Rap Devil” songwriter sold out the prestigious Madison Square Garden is an extraordinary feat, performing live to almost 21,000 fans.
As expected, the “Good Mourning” star was on cloud 100 during his performance and continued the festivities at an after-party at Catch Steakhouse in New York City.
He uploaded videos from the evening bash and in it, the multi-talented star was seen holding a champagne flute. While addressing the crowd, MGK chanted, “I don’t give a f**k, bro, I don’t give a s**t,” after which he smashed the glassware on his head.
While the party attendees gasped in horror, Megan Fox’s fiancé was anything but bothered as performed “My Ex’s Best Friend” as the blood dripped down his face onto his outfit. Later on, someone gave him an ice pack for the injury but not once did MGK stop his performance.
‘The Home’ Singer’s Tout Bus Was Recently Vandalized
MGK’s Cleveland leg of his tour comes almost two weeks after he made headlines following an incident involving his tour bus. As we covered, while in Omaha, Nebraska, the rapper’s Mainstream Sellout tour experienced a major hitch when the tour bus was defaced with a homophobic slur and lewd graphics.
Per reports, the despicable act went down on Thursday right before MGK was set to get on stage at the HI Health Center Omaha.
The vehicle was tagged and an illustration of a giant penis ejaculating was drawn alongside the words, “Rap Devil F****t.” MGK’s team reported to the police and an investigation commenced with the perpetrator likely to be charged.
The Billboard Music Award winner also addressed the incident in a social media rant targeted at the perpetrator. “You’re so dumb. You spray painted a bus thinking it was my bus. Wrong bus, you f–kin’ idiot. Do the first part of the crime right,” he lamented.
