Drake shared an extremely amusing photo of a tattoo his dad has gotten five years ago of him. The tattoo in question is a full-on 3D drawing of a somewhat younger Drake on Dennis’ upper arm.

Expressing his second-hand embarrassment at the drawing, Drake captioned the post tagging his dad, "@therealdennisg I was just sitting here thinking why you do me like this we family 😂😂😂."

It was no doubt a hysterical interaction as the patriarch replied in the comments section, "Hahaha I had 16 people to try and straighten this out, they’re hurting me 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️😂😂😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️."

In another heartwarming reply, the doting father who had gotten the inking out of pride wrote, "I love you ❤️😘💕 and miss you."

Fans had a field day over the funny post with one user writing, "The hairline shadow though 😂😂," while another advised, "Mannnnnn It’s The Thought That Counts 😅😅😅😅."

As The Blast reported, the tattoo was initially done in 2017 by artist Money Mike and was inspired by a portrait of his face that Drake had on his back. The following year, Dennis had the inking touched up and corrected by tattoo artist zonal Bersekov who couldn’t help but share Money Mike for the work he had done.

The 'Hotline Bling' Rapper Gives His Mom The Ultimate Tribute

Days after the fiasco with his dad’s tattoo, the four-time Grammy Award winner unveiled a new tattoo drawn on his face! Drake finally joined the host of rappers with distinctive face tattoos.

However, the inking was a sentimental for the 35-year-old who drew the initials of his mother’s name Sandra Gale in a stylish font right underneath his eyes. The adorable inking was drawn by tattoo artist @_n.a.l, who uploaded a video of the process on Instagram.

Alongside an upclose picture of the face tattoo and dumps of other interesting photos, the rapper simply wrote, "Sandra Gale 💖."

Drake’s absolute adoration for his mother Sandra Gale is no secret. The rapper has often been outspoken about the huge impact his mother had on his life and career.

A Look At Drake’s Childhood & His Relationship With His Mother

Per reports, Drake’s parents split when he was just five years old and he remained with his mother in Toronto while his father relocated to Tennessee.

The Jewish matriarch who was a florist and teacher raised Drake as a single mother and they struggled financially as she suffered from osteoporosis that often left her confined to her room.

Nevertheless, she gave Drake the best she could, throwing a Bar Mitzvah and always encouraging him to pursue his dreams regardless of what they looked like.

In a 2017 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the "Passionfruit" singer gushed about his mom, saying, "My mother is an incredible woman. She never necessarily implemented anything. She’s always just told me, ‘You know, whatever you want to do, whatever you end up being, I’ll always love you. I’ll always support you.'"

Even now that Drake has grown to become one of the greatest rappers, his mother’s support for his career remains evident.

Last year when he released his sixth studio album, "Certified Lover Boy," Drake shared a heartwarming note he received from Sandra to celebrate the achievement.

"It's finally come, the countdown has reached one, with each new album my heart skips a beat, being your mother has been my life's greatest treat," wrote Graham, 61. "It's been a long hard road together, now there's one more day to go. I wanna celebrate you son, more than you'll ever know. Love you more now and forever."
