Talk about putting in overtime.

The Sun exclusively learned that Piqué has secretly been dating a student that works for him for the past few months.

His new girlfriend is 23-years-old and her name is Clara Chia Marti.

Piqué is 35-years-old, so there is nearly a 10-year age gap.

Marti is believed to have met the fútbol star while working on events at his production company Kosmos.

It’s unknown whether or not this is the woman Shakira caught him in bed with before their tumultuous split.

Sources close to the couple say they’ve been seeing each other for some time.

A source close to the 23-year-old said, “Gerard and Clara have been seeing each other for months. She is a student who also works for him in his office, organizing events.”

The new couple has been keeping their relationship quiet, but those close to them know what’s been going on.

“People have been helping him keep the romance hush-hush and have wiped Clara’s social media accounts so people can’t find photos of her,” the source revealed. “That alone makes his mates think he is actually quite serious about being with her.”

Weeks after Shakira and Piqué’s shocking June breakup, the defender was spotted at a club with a mystery blonde. The female’s identity was never revealed, but photos of the two showed them drinking adult beverages.

While Piqué is moving on from his ex, the Colombian-native is embroiled in a legal battle with Spain’s government.

The Colombian-native will appear in court due to tax fraud charges.

Shakira insists she’s innocent, but the Spanish government believes she evaded taxes from 2012 to 2014, with a bill totaling upwards of $14 million.

Her public relations team issued a message over the weekend stating that Shakira and Spanish prosecutors failed to reach an agreement on the tax evasion charges. Now, it’s time to go to trial where she will insist on her innocence.

“Shakira and her team consider that this case constitutes a total violation of her rights,” the statement reads. “Since she has always shown impeccable behavior, as a person and taxpayer, and total willingness to resolve any disagreement from the beginning, even before the criminal proceeding.”

Shakira Is Going To Trial For Tax Fraud

CNN obtained a ruling in which the investigating magistrate said there is “sufficient evidence” to hold a trial for the singer’s alleged tax evasion for the years of 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Per reports, Judge Marco Jesús claims Shakira lived in Spain for more than 200 days in each of those three years making her liable to pay taxes in the country.

Furthermore, Judge Jesús also named her financial advisor in the ruling, and said the two corroborated by using a series of companies in off-shore tax havens in an attempt to hide the sources of her income during that three-year period.

Her attorneys claim she lived in the Bahamas a majority of the time from 2012 and 2014.
