Fans Have Very Mixed Reactions Over Tommy Lee's NSFW Instagram Post

Musician and drummer Tommy Lee recently gave fans an unexpected full view of his member!

The star rose to fame as the drummer of the popular Motley Crue band. He eventually became even more popular after marrying A-list actress Pamela Anderson.

While the romance died as far back as 1988, the relationship was recently revisited by Disney+ when the platform released "Pam and Tommy," a miniseries focused on the former couple's famously tumultuous relationship.

Lee recently brought even more attention to himself when he posted a full frontal nude picture that displayed his body tattoos, nipple rings, and genitalia. The post was met with shock by fans and even his wife, Brittany Furlan Lee.

The release of the "Pam and Tommy" show by Disney+ has placed Lee firmly in the spotlight. The artist got even more attention with his recent post on his Instagram page. In the controversial photo, the Motley Crue star could be seen entirely nude while sitting on the edge of a bath.

Lee's full body of tattoos, as well as his privates, were on full display in the picture. He had on a chain necklace and nipple rings in the photo posted to his 1.4 million fans. The post was made on Thursday and simply captioned "Ooooopppsss."

The caption didn't make it certain if the artist was truly behind the post or how the clearly private picture was released on the public platform. Regardless of how it came to be, the post managed to garner a lot of reactions from his followers, fellow celebrities, and even his wife.

The artist's unexpected nude picture understandably had a lot of reactions. Three hours after it was posted, over a thousand statements expressing shock over the graphic image filled the comment section.

As per Daily Mail, The father of two and ex-husband of Anderson received comments like, "TOM YOU CANT POST THIS ON INSTAGRAM." Another fan wrote that the 59-year-old "PUT THE PHONE DOWN NOW."

Lee's wife, Furlan, seemed shocked by the post and simply wrote, "OH MY GOD." Ryan Sickler, a comedian, decided to post a more humorous message that read, "Does the Camera add 5 lbs?" Another celebrity simply commented, "I'M F---N DYING."

Online dating app Grindr also commented, "Wrong app, babe." Several other comments questioned why the post was still up considering the no nudity policy of Instagram, while others showed concern concerning Lee's actions. "Please put the phone down," one wrote.

Despite the unflattering comments, Lee certainly found the post funny. The father of two followed the controversial Instagram post with a picture of an elephant and a naked male model in the middle of a conversation. The post was captioned, "How do you breathe through that little thing??" This new caption was undoubtedly a reference to the previous post the 59-year-old made.

Like the previous post, comments poured in for this one. A fan asked, "What just happened?" "So we just gon pretend nothing happened huh (sic)," another wrote. A follower questioned, "Are we going to act as if nothing happened two hours ago?!?!!'

Oddly this is not the first time Lee's genitalia has made headlines. In the popular miniseries "Pam & Tommy," starring Lily James and Sebastian Stan, a very bizarre scene left the viewers in shock.

In the scene, Stan, as Tommy Lee, is seen in deep conversation with his member over his feelings for Anderson. Jason Mantzoukas from "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" played the voice of the animatronic member.

The conversation scene in the miniseries actually happened in real life. Lee detailed the entire conversation in his 2005 memoir "Tommyland," which sparked much controversy upon its release. There he revealed that he spoke to his private parts about his intense feelings for the "Baywatch" actress.

Before taking on the role, Stan explained that he had gone through several hours of footage of the artist, learned to play drums, and even spoke to Lee in person. He also read the infamous memoir to prepare for the role.
