Luxury fashion house Dior and Hollywood actor Johnny Depp have reportedly signed a new agreement to expand their long-term collaboration.

Fans of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor may remember that despite the actor's years-long legal troubles against his ex-wife Amber Heard, the fragrance industry titans refused to terminate their contract with him.

Although the decision incensed many people, some of whom even decided to boycott the company, Dior stayed steadfast in their stance, refusing to fire the celebrity who served as the face of the company's Sauvage fragrance.

After Depp defeated his ex-wife in a defamation lawsuit, the actor has now reportedly secured a new, multi-year megadeal with the company.

Dior has reportedly deepened their connection with Depp by offering him a new multi-million-dollar agreement, according to claims acquired by TMZ. The contract is reportedly for a whopping seven figures, and sources told the publication that the fragrance giants went all out to please the star.

The agreement reportedly came about lately and was finalized when executives from Dior and well-known fashion photographer Greg Williams showed their support for Depp by attending one of Depp and Jeff Beck's music gigs in Paris.

Throughout the whole duration of the actor's legal disputes with Heard, Dior stood behind him. He lost a libel lawsuit against his ex-wife in 2020 and lost the court of public opinion when Heard's charges against him first surfaced before he won his defamation trial against her in 2022.

Following the actor's victory, the Sauvage fragrance saw a massive upsurge as more and more individuals took the decision to buy it in support of the actor and to express gratitude to Dior for refusing to succumb to cancel culture.
