Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have settled their ongoing custody battle and in their agreement, the ex-couple has agreed to split custody, and not to exploit their daughter on social media.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Channing and Jenna hashed out an agreement that will allow them to split 50/50 custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Everly. The two actors have agreed to work with a counselor to work out a specific schedule to split the holidays and custody time fairly.

Interestingly, the couple has also agreed to not exploit their daughter for any social media advertisements. In other words, they can post family photos and events if they choose, but they will both refrain from using Everly for any for-profit posts. It

As we reported, Channing filed legal documents in November asking a judge to step in and help them figure out a custody schedule. At the time, he told the court, "Due to our constantly changing work schedules, we have had conflicts over adjustments to our schedules to ensure both parties are able to have equal time with our daughter, Everly."

The timing of the agreement is very interesting, considering Jenna is just a few months away from giving birth to her second child with boyfriend, Steve Kazee.

Plus, Channing has had a few ups and downs with his new girlfriend Jessi J. Just hours after the settlement between him and Jenna went public, he went Instagram official announcing he is back together with the singer.

Tatum posted a photo of him and Jessi J kissing with the caption, "Gonna watch this unicorn sang tonight. Then we gonna get it in! Horns out!"

But, a fan decided to make a rude statement comparing Jenna to Jessi in the comment section of the post and Channing went OFF on the person.

"Jenna look better with you," the person wrote.

So Channing responded with this...."i don't usually address s*** like this. But you seem as good a of terrible happy people hating thoughtless person as any of them. why don't you seriously thing about what your doing. it's hurtful and i aint about it."

He continued, "If you can't no be a horrible hateful person on my page and support the infinite and untouchable beauty and woman jess is...please kindly get TF out of here. No one wants you here. Especially me. And ain't nobody more stunning and beautiful to look at but even more as a human than Jess. And yeah that includes my ex. Sorry about your opinion. But what I said is facts. just facts. Ok bye, be careful with your actions it's what you create for yourself."

But, it sort of sounded like he knew people would take his words and try to spin them into more Jessi vs Jenna so he decided to keep going...

"And just to be super clear for the other people who love to turn shit around. Jenna is beautiful and amazing in her own right. But no and i mean no one is more beautiful or better than anyone else. Beauty isn't measurable. it's in the eye of the beholder. So while all you infinitely beautiful people pour over these words and try and find s t to start s wit. I'm gonna be enjoying my MF night with my gorgeous lady and cuddle up in her beautiful heart. bye."

Clearly, Jessi J loved the message because she also commented on the post and in comment fighting by saying, "My BABY! Horns OUT!" with a purple devil face emoji.
