Vivica A. Fox Says Crystal Smith She Deserves A Better Man Than Ne-Yo
On Tuesday, August 2, Fox Soul updated its Instagram account with a snippet from their talk show, where hosts Fox, Claudia Jordan, LisaRaye McCoy, and Syleena Johnson discussed the problems in Ne-Yo's home.
This conversation came days after Smith accused her husband of infidelity, claiming that the "So Sick" singer had been unfaithful with numerous women during their relationship.
Following this shocking revelation, the "Days of Our Lives" actress could not hold back from sharing her opinions on the hot topic as she believed the 36-year-old deserved better than the BET Award winner.
The South Bend native explained that many women fell into the terrible cheating cycle and became accustomed to their partners' unfaithfulness because they believed love worked in such painful ways.
However, the NAACP Image Award winner was more than ready to break this trend as she advised the "Crystal's Creations" Vblogger to give Ne-Yo the boot.
"You deserve better, my love. You tried. I know sometimes a lot of women say, 'I don’t want to break up my family, this and a third.' It doesn’t work,' " the Hollywood veteran said.
The "Getting Personal" star implored Smith to move on, assuring the mother-of-three that she was worthy of a man who knew how to give her the royal treatment.

The 58-year-old actress asked the media personality to get counseling for her emotional stability and not to remain in a broken marriage because of fame. In Fox's words:
"You deserve for a man to love you for you so that when you lay down in the bed next to him, you don't feel that he is going to bring you a disease or cheat on you and your children."
The Blast reported news of trouble in the "One in a Million" artist's home after Smith took to Instagram with a direct message about the Soul Train Music Award winner's numerous infidelities.
This post came a few months after the couple renewed their vows following their reconciliation from an attempted divorce. However, the mother-of-three regretted giving Ne-Yo another chance.
In her post, the 36-year-old explained that for eight years, the award-winning singer had unprotected sex with multiple women who sold their bodies to him.
The blogger stated that her emotions could not be adequately described as disgust and heartbreak as the "World of Dance" judge's actions were unacceptable.
"To ask me to stay and accept it is absolutely insane," Smith wrote, "The mentality of a narcissist. I will no longer lie to the public or pretend that this is something it isn’t."
The TV personality noted that the only good thing from her marriage was her three adorable children, Shaffer, Roman, and Isabella. At the same time, the rest of her relationship with Ne-Yo was "wasted years and heartache."
The social media influencer declared that she was not a victim and implored fans to stop telling her about the "Let Me Love You" singer's escapades as she did not care.
The MOBO Award Winner Explained How His Marital Problems Inspired An Album
Last month, The Blast reported that Ne-Yo opened up about reconnecting with his wife after the pair nearly went through a divorce in 2020.
At the time, the "Closer" singer revealed that the pandemic helped the couple get back together by forcing them to sit down and address their issues.
While promoting his eighth album, "Self-Explanatory," the R&B icon told sources that some of the project's songs were inspired by the "dark points" in his relationship with Smith.
However, the dynamic duo figured out how to be better spouses. This reconnection also became the reason for other tracks on the album, as Ne-Yo noted that he learned many valuable lessons from his marital problems.
