Kate Beckinsale's Night Included Sore Nipples & Stealing Eva Longoria's Candy

Kate Beckinsale experienced the highs and lows of awards season on Saturday night when she experienced the joys of lifting some chocolate off an A-list celebrity, only to be punished by Karma later in the evening when her nipples paid the price or her beautiful couture. The "Underworld" star was one of the presenters at the 31st Annual Producers Guild Awards, which was held at the famed Hollywood Palladium. Beckinsale wasn't nominated in any of the categories, however, she was given the honor of presenting the award for Best Episodic Drama.

Taking to Instagram after the event, Beckinsale reflected on the special evening.

"@producersguild awards - so excited to present to @succession_hbo for best episodic drama. And also that @evalongoria left her seat long enough for us to snaffle her chocolates."

Beckinsale also showed off her look for the evening, which she rocked in a dazzling jumpsuit from designer Zuhair Murad. Fans were equally impressed with her beauty as well as her prowess for snagging chocolates from "Desperate Housewive" stars like Eva Longoria.

Following up in a later post, Beckinsale followed through by showing fans the delicious chocolate she swiped from Longoria with an up-close and personal shot of her stuffing the candy in her mouth.

"How the night went A-Z," she wrote.

The 46-year-old "Underworld" star also provided a little TMI in regards to her fancy beaded dress. "also slight joggers’s [sic] nipple from the beading(not pictured)."

Fissure of the nipple, known as "jogger's nipple" is the result of irritation of one or both nipples caused by extreme chafing. They are most commonly associated with runners during long marathons, but sitting through a grueling award's show may be just as strenuous on the body.

The big question after the night's festivities, other than Kate Beckinsale treating her chafed nips, is whether Eva Longoria knew about the candy swipe! As of now, the 44-year-old "Dora and the Lost City of Gold" producer has not commented on whether she was missing her sweet treat later in the night, but she was serving up the deliciousness of her own by hitting the red carpet in a dazzling gown. Longoria wore a deep-plunging gold dress with a thick belt and was definitely feeling herself while hitting the red carpet.

Her dress also looks much easier on the nipples.
